Chapter 10

~Eri's pov~

"*Yawn*" Oh, I guess Himiko's still awake. She yawns like a kitten, and looks like an even cuter one. Guess I should go to sleep now, it's getting pretty late.(A/N sorry I just really wanted to put this in here so very short pov)

~Toga's pov~

I haven't been able to sleep. I've been texting Nei though, he's still awake. I can't approach him just yet, but messaging is fine.

Hey whats up?

Nothing much hbu

Same. I'm at a friends house rn and he's... actually, I'm not sure. It's kinda scaring me.

Oh? I'm also at a friends house. She's fast asleep tho, shame.

rip. One of them is asleep. The other is sitting in a corner listening to music. Through headphones ofc. They think I'm asleep I think...?

... ok then. Anyway I'll brb ima go grab some food.

Oke. That's not a bad idea, I might grab some later.

I get up and head to the kitchen. Nemuri's passed out on the couch. Somehow Touya and Keigo are also here and their fast asleep on the chair cuddling. Emi's in the corner reading and using a flashlight bookmark. I think she has loud music on because she doesn't notice me in the room. I'm guessing Dave and Toshinori are probably in the guest room and Shouta and Hizashi are in their room.
I head over to the fridge and search through it, trying to find something appetizing. I find some strawberries. I wash them, pick out about 15-20, put the rest back, and grab a paring knife, and chop them up. I place them in a colander, and add sugar and shake it over the sink, extracting extra sugar and making sure they all get coded in the sweet seasoning. I put them in a bowl and start walking back to the room.
I took a stop to look outside throughout the glass sliding doors. 'Dear god Barbatos, please, let him be safe'

I walk straight and as I'm about to turn left into the hallway I bump into something.

"Oh, I'm so sorry." I had already turned off the lights, so I was unable to tell who it was. Not to mention I just fell in front of whoever this person was.

~Neito's pov~

That voice sounded familiar.... meh probably not.

"Oh no, it's ok! Are you ok?"

"Oh yeah, I'm fine. Just spilt my strawberries."

I reach out my hand, I've adapted to the dark environment to see, and I bet they have too.

They take my hand.

Th.....that...face...I--

When they finally manage to stand up, I drop my phone completely, and pull them in for a tight, long awaited hug.

"I missed you, big sis."

"..I missed you too." She hug's me back. "And hey, your finally taller than me, short stuff."

"Shut up," I say, crying from happy tears.

~Emi pov~

I had a headphone out the whole time, just listening to this astravaganza play out. Their acting like Aether and Lumine reuniting. I pause my music.
