"Welp, I did it!" I exclaimed while walking over towards Germany.

"What did he say?" He asked me.

"He said he wanted to take me someplace after school, so I'm pretty sure that's a yes!" I cheered.

"Wow, I thought for sure he would be too nervous..........." Germany laughed.

"Hey.........um..........just keep this from America, okay? He would kill me if I ever dated Russia and I don't want to start any wars........" I sighed.

"Alright." He answered. "Well good luck!" He waved goodbye to me as I stepped outside the school building. Sure enough I saw Russia there waiting for me.

"Hey! There you are!" I exclaimed, giving him a hug.

"Hey there........." He mumbled as I noticed blush covering his face. "My house isn't that far from here, we can just walk."

"Alright." I nodded as I pulled out my phone to text my parents and tell them I was gonna be out. I then began the scenic walk to Russia's house.

"I'd like to mention I have two younger sisters that I live with.........." He mumbled. "I have more siblings but they don't live with me."

"Oh, that sounds exhausting!" I chuckled.

"Well the older one Belarus doesn't really bother me that much..........it's just Ukraine that annoys the hell out of me." He sighed. "And then there's my dad. He's super intimidating. Just be careful around him."

"Oof.........." I laughed.

We walked for a bit longer and soon we arrived at his house. It was a pretty moderately sized house but I did notice it had a pool in the back. Russia unlocked the door and stepped inside. Immediately I noticed two girls a couple years younger than me sitting on the couch and floor, both playing on their phones. But that's not what got my attention. Or rather, who.

An all red man sat at a desk by the couch, he looked like he was doing paperwork. He wore a long but tightly fitted brown trench coat and had a hat that was nearly identical to Russia's, although it was a light brown instead of black. He had some sort of golden symbol near his eye, but I couldn't quite tell what it was from here. I'm guessing.............that must be Russia's dad.

"Hey son, who is this?" The man asked, his thick accent making me freeze in my tracks.

"Awwwwwwe!!!!!! Does Russia have a girlfriend!?!??!!?" One of the girls, who I was guessing was Ukraine, exclaimed.

"Shut up, Ukraine!" Russia shouted, startling his sister.

"Hey! Be nice!" Russia's dad retorted.

"Yessir......." Russia mumbled in defeat.

"So Russia I guess this is the girl you told me about earlier?" Russia's dad asked his son.

"Yep........." Russia answered.

"Well that's great!" His dad chuckled.

"Here, I'll show you my room." Russia grabbed my hand as I could hear giggling coming from behind me coming from Ukraine. Russia promptly gave her the death glare. As I turned I noticed Russia's dad glaring daggers at me. No seriously, his gaze pierced straight through my soul. I gulped, as I didn't know what I did to offend him. Russia wasn't kidding...........his dad really was intimidating.

I averted my gaze towards Russia, who opened up the door to his room. An AK-47 hung on the walls, as well as several space posters. A teddy bear laid on his bed along with a pair of Adidas track pants. He had a really cool room, I'll admit.

We talked for probably about half an hour and then he decided he would take me to that place he wanted to show me. He left the room to go discuss it with his dad.

"He said we can go, just hop in the car." Russia told me.

"Okay!" I stood up and walked towards the car. But just as I was about to do so his dad tapped me on the shoulder. I froze, as this man towered over me.

"Hello, as you may know I'm Russia's father, but you can call me Soviet." He told me as he held out his hand for me to shake it. "And you are?"

"I'm y/n." I answered, shaking his hand.

"Well I think you suit my son quite well." He told me.

"Thank you.........." I answered nervously as I stepped in his car, a brown Lada.

"Hey y/n would you like me to stop and get you something to drink before I drop you off?" Soviet asked me.

"Nah, I'm good." I answered, taken aback by his politeness. Although now that I think about it, I was a bit thirsty, and it was a bit hot outside.

"Actually, can you get me a (your favorite beverage)?" I asked him.

"Sure, we can stop by the convenience store, I'm out of cigarettes anyways." He answered. Okay, Russia's dad seemed a bit intimidating at first, but now he actually seems pretty nice. I don't know why Russia was talking so negatively about him earlier.

We stopped at the convenience store to get the drinks, I got my drink and Russia got some red fruit juice called kompot. I kept making a joke that he was actually a vampire and was drinking blood, but he didn't seem to buy it. Soon we pulled up to the edge of the road, where there was just a bunch of woods.

"There's.............nothing here." I questioned.

"Actually............" Russia got out and moved some of the foliage with his hands, revealing an overgrown path.

"Oh cool!" I exclaimed as we followed down the path.

"Have fun you two!" Soviet shouted as he drove off.

I followed Russia down the path, which eventually led to an abandoned fort that had since been covered in graffiti.

"My dad used to always take me here as a kid..........." Russia explained to me. "Sometimes I even walk here just to drink and forget stuff." I looked down at the ground, and noticed multiple bottles of vodka lying around. I don't know why, but the thought of him drinking that much vodka was kinda hot to me.

After a bit of exploring around I sat down on one of the collapsed pillars, enjoying the scenery. The chirp of the crickets and the gentle gust of the wind was quite soothing to me. I could definitely understand why he would want to come here all the time. Russia sat down next to  me, and we talked for what felt like hours.

"You know, it was really nice hanging out with you, Russia." I told him.

"You know what, this was fun!" He laughed as I felt our hands touch each other, he was now holding mine. This, of course, caused me to blush.

"y/n?" he asked.

"Yeah?"

"Not gonna lie..........you're the only girl to make me feel this way." He mumbled under his breath, almost as if he didn't want me to hear it.

"Awwwwe! You're so sweet!" I gushed.

We suddenly began staring at each other, and our faces grew closer and closer together, almost like a magnet. Soon our lips touched, and it felt like sparks were flying. I pulled his head in to deepen the kiss, causing his tongue to slip inside my mouth. A wave of euphoria washed over me as I enjoyed every last second of it. Eventually we had to pull away, but once we did we kept gazing into each other's eyes as the sun began to set, casting everything in an orange hue.

"Does..........this mean we're a thing now?" I asked him.

"I guess it does."
