chapter 2: the Truth.

-on the way to principle's office-

Izuku is seen to be walking towards nezu's office. Izuku was walking alone, constantly thinking about something, sometimes he looks around to look through windows to see the blue sky, and many tall buildings. He often wonders if his dream is achievable without a quirk, becouse of those thoughts izuku has become mentally unstable, after all, becouse of his stupid dream, everybody bullied him, kicked him, punched him, illegally used their quirks on him, they laughed.

They laughed at his face, just becouse he is weak, just becouse he doesn't have a quirk.

Izuku stopped, he was looking through the window, again.
As izuku was lost in thought.
Somebody have approached him.

"Hey, I haven't seen you here, are you new?" Asked a person with girls voice.

Izuku out of surprise quickly turned around to see light blue haired girl Infront of him with kind face.

"Ummm....who are you....?" Izuku asked.

"Eh? Oh! Sorry, I am Nejire Hado."

Izuku was surprised that somebody even decided to talk to him.

"Oh sorry, I was lost in thought, I am izuku Yagi, and this is...my...sixth time trying the entrance exam." Izuku said.

Now it was nejire's time to be surprised. 'his sixth time...? He looks strong, and cute, he should have passed'

"What's your quirk...? Is it strong body enchantment perhaps? Maybe telekenesis? Hm..."

Izuku giggled a little bit, izuku remembered to act similar like her when he was younger.

When Izuku still liked heroes.

Nowdays izuku watches heroes vs villain videos for fun, or analysis.
After failing multiple times with entrance exam, his admiration for heroes grew, as he realized just how strong heroes was supposed to be, just to pass the entrance exam.

"No...I am quirkless, strong, but not as strong as you think I am, but...my highest point achievement was 57 points."

Nejire was shocked, a quirkless who managed to get more than enough points to get in the U.A. wasnt accepted?

"Fifty-seven points? That is impressive for somebody who doesn't have a quirk, I mean it, after all, you need atleast 37 points to get In"

Izuku now have realised that something was wrong, in his second try, he managed to get 39 points, meaning he should have been accepted much earlier, so why was he not accepted...?

Izuku now realising, he started running to the principle office.

"Eh? Izuku?! Why are you running" nejire said while she started running after him.

'there is a high chance that principle wanted to see me, either to tell that I have been finally accepted, or...'izuku thought about possibilities as he arrived at office's door.

Izuku knocks on the door, when he heard a quiet "come in"

As izuku opened the door, he saw few teachers looking at him, and...a bear? A dog? Whoever it is, was looking at him while sitting in his desk.

"Hello Mr. Izuku."

"I am very honored to meet somebody like you....I assume you are a hybrid? Yes?"

Nezu looks surprised for second, when his expression returns to normal, with bright smile.

"Haha, yes, yes I am, though, I called you here to discuss something really important."

Izuku looks down.
"It's about if I should be accepted into U.A.?.....right...?"

"I personally, congratulate you..."

Izuku looked up with questioning look.

"You see, one pro hero, Allmight, has requested to not let you in, today, I said, ignore it, and so I did, do you know where I am going with it...?"

Izuku was shocked without a doubt, if izuku guessed right, he should be finally accepted.

".....yes...izuku....I welcome you....to your hero academia...!....and you are the first quirkless person to even make into the U.A.!"

'n-no way! I, a quirkless person, have achieved something almost so impossible?! I am so happy'

Suddenly nezu's phone ringed.

"Umm, don't mind me, I'll just answer it."

-time skip, to nezu's call end-

"It see-it seems, the universe truly hates you izuku Yagi....."

Izukus heart have dropped.

'wh-what...?'

"You see, one of my friends have called me to inform about new law that will be established in about four months."

"Don't....don't tell me...."

"*Sight* yes, indeed izuku, it's going to be the first law that restrains only the quirkless, it's the law that doesn't allow quirkless to become a hero, and doesn't allow them to have a good job like, president, minister, or any other. Exept cleaners, and other jobs that barely pays good enough"

Izukus world has crashed down.
'the law...?.....the LAW?!....only quirkless?!....this is...'

"Why?!"

"The hero commission is going to release it, I think I know why, it's probably becouse there is barely any quirkless people left in this world, it is confirmed, that there is left only about 257 thousand quirkless people."

"So...those peace of shits...think, just becouse there is barely any of us, they can treat us like trash....I can't accept their behavior."

Nezu was worried so say atleast, he was worried izuku might go to villainy, be was sure of it, he didn't want to use his quirk, but...

As nezu used his quirk, the quirk already showed that there is extremely high chances of izuku becoming a villain.

'some things...just can't be changed'

Izuku started crying, and while he did that, he ran, he ran as quickly as possible out of U.A.

'THIS IS  UNFAIR, WHY?! I WAS SO CLOSE!!! MARK MY WORDS YOU PEACE OF SHITS, when I...will be ready...I will come back, and destroy the commission!'
