I've been waiting for my day to come. And it felt like eternity to wait. I tried ending mine sooner but Ja Yoon would probably say, "No, Jong-woo, don't get any crazier and wait."

I decided to burn her body. It was her wish to not let her family know. She wants them to think that we were living our life happily together at some faraway place. I'm used to burning people. This is probably my punishment from all the people I burned before.

I just laid in our bed. Miserable. Barely moving. I can't move. I don't want to move.

Suddenly, someone knocked at our door. I didn't even bother moving. Probably, the real owner of this place?

I felt the door opening. They were walking towards me.

"Long time no see. You look... miserable." she's right about that. Wait who is this?

I looked up to see the professor's twin and the scarred woman looking down at me as I lie in my bed.

Startled, I quickly rose up and jumped at their backs. They turned around.

"Where is The Witch?" the twin asked.

As if to put salt on my wounds, you'd even dare to ask?! I wasn't able to hold back my anger and launched myself towards the twin with all my might.

The scarred woman didn't even move an inch to stop me with her telekinetic force. I was hanging in mid-air. F*ck you, just kill me already.

"Answer me! Where is The Witch?" the twin shouted.

She looked around the room and I figured she noticed that Ja Yoon isn't here.

"No. No way." her face fell down with gloom while the scarred woman stood still as stoic as ever.

"But it wasn't supposed to be time yet. Was I too late to follow up on her?" the twin said in regret.

"F*ck you! What are you talking about and how did you find me here?" I screamed all my anger at her. While struggling to get away from the scarred woman's mental grasp.

She picked up the tablet from the dining table. She looked at it as if to point out that she was able to track us using that. She continued by saying, "I've always known where you were hiding. She visited me not too long ago. Didn't she tell you what we talked about?"

"What the f*ck are you saying?" I asked her curiously.

As I'm heading down to meet the professor's twin again, various thoughts rush on my mind. But everything just boils down to the fact that I wanted to bide more time with him. Just a bit more. We just met again.

Just like Jong-woo, I wanted to survive. But different from him, I wanted a better and normal life. I guess, he was too broken to yearn for such hopes when we were young. That's why we weren't on the same page as children.

Meeting him again, I didn't expect that he'd continue following me around. Just like the old days, he'd grew on me even further.

And now, I can't imagine living any other way. Living was being with him.

"I knew you'd come back here. Did you find the information you gathered useful, Ms. Witch?" the professor's twin sat on her desk peacefully as I scan through her books on her office cabinet.

The scarred woman was as always, standing at a distance from her. She isn't moving yet.

"No. That's why I'm here again. How was the boy?" I asked. I was curious. Hope he's fine.
