Putting the last baggage on the back of the carriage, Jeongyeon frowned upon her sisters who stood in front of her to wish her safety on her journey.

"Are you really sure you can handle this, Jihyo?" A concerned tone was evident through her honey-like voice in which Jihyo smiled in reassurance, hoping that her sister wouldn't stress to much over her people.

"I am very sure." Jihyo replied confidently. Her attention then went to Jimin who was done talking to some of the royal guards he brought along, making sure that every luggage is secured. "Prince Jimin, we wish you a safe journey and don't forget to write us a letter once you get there." Jihyo added, the rest of the sisters bowed their heads upon him.

The carriage began to move once the both of them settled in, the townspeople and the seven other princesses bid their farewell to their future in-laws under a soft snowy day. Jeongyeon hasn't been traveling often ever since she became queen, leaving her kingdom would be one of the few things that she had on her list except attending the Goryeo ruler's celebration annualy. Jeongyeon was known to be a mysterious queen because she doesn't seem to have any plans to get any more traders other than the western kingdom who would sometimes find it difficult to export their items due to the northern kingdom's unexpected heavy snow weather.

"Did you sleep well last night?"

Jeongyeon's attention turned back to Jimin right after daydreaming about some stuff about her kingdom's well-being. He was sitting infront of her, looking at her with a soft gaze. She gave out a small wry smile,

"Yeah. Just kind of nervous about leaving the kingdom for a bit." She said, "I've never been this far from them so I guess it's kind of new to me."

Jimin felt a bit sad because she felt like taking a huge responsibility on everything at such a young age, which is true because she's the ruler but at the same time, he believes that she deserves a break every now and then.

"I can assure you that your sisters will do great. I may not know them very well for now but you've been with them for so long so you're very familiar with their capabilities." He said.

Jeongyeon sighed with an unsure smile but decided to just let her anxiousness die down, "I suppose you're right." She said.

"We should be there at around 4pm in the afternoon. Mother are expecting us at the castle." Jimin scratched the back of his head awkwardly making Jeongyeon once again felt agitated. She wanted to look good in front of the queen mother, her future mother-in-law to be exact. Jimin wasn't able to notice her tensed expression as he was busy having conversation with the royal guard who was riding his horse alongside the main carriage.

What if she doesn't like me?

Plenty of what ifs just ran across her mind endlessly until they reached a place somewhere where she noticed there's lesser snow. She hasn't seen this less snow from the past couple of years and for some reason, she began to feel warm, fanning herself with her blue fan.
