Part Fifty Nine

After you met the Avengers, Tony offered them to stay in the tower until they returned back wherever they needed to be. Steve lived back in the Washington, so he decided to stay with you for a few days until he was sure the danger passed, same with Natasha and Clint, while Thor was going back to Asgard along with Loki in a few days, Bruce had nowhere to be, so Tony offered him to work in the lab with him.

They all had different rooms on different floors, while you and Tony were renovating the top floor.

The letters on the balcony fell during the attack, leaving only an 'A' standing on the tower. For some weird reason, Tony didn't order to take it down as well and put Stark again. You figured he must have some plans, so you decided to let it be.

You found out Agent Coulson died from Tony. You were shocked and felt sad for the man. You weren't exactly friends, but he still helped you and he was very dear to you.

Right now, you were walking to the kitchen to grab a can of your favorite drink when you heard a sigh from the living room. Your head turned towards the source of it and saw Steve sitting on the couch with a phone in his hands.

"Rogers", you said as you walked towards him, "Are you okay?"

"Yes, it's just... Tony gave me this."He held up the phone to show you. "And I have no idea how to use it."

"Oh", you blinked, " Do you want me to help you?"

"Please", Steve nodded his head, "I mean, if it's not that much of a problem."

"Of course not." You sat down next to him. "What seems to be the problem?"

"For the start, I can't turn this on."He said, handing you the phone. "Maybe it's broken."

You chuckled, pressing the button and turning the phone on. "It's not broken, Steve. Look, you just press this button here." You showed him the button and how the phone turned on.

While you waited, Steve spoke up,"So... Stark's wife, huh?"

You nodded your head with a smile,"Yeah, Stark's wife."

"I've had a chance to talk to that man for ten minutes and he already exhausted me. How do you manage to put up with that every day of your life?"

"Well, I love him." You said and Steve smiled.

"Yeah, I guess love is amazing, right?"

"Right." You said and looked up at him. "What about you, Cap? Any love interests?"

"Just one." He said and smiled, looking like he was reminiscing old memories in his head. His eyes fell down on the phone and he spoke up, "It turned on!"

"It did. Looks like Tony already made you profiles on social medias."You chuckled at your husband. "So, do you want me to show you how to take a selfie?"

"What's a selfie? Why are you holding the phone up in the air - oh look, it's me in the phone!"

"Go on, press the circle in the middle and take a picture." You assured him and he hesitatingly pressed the circle, the clicking sound of camera came from the phone, which made Steve jump up in his place. "You did it! Your first selfie."

"Can I take another one? With you in it." He asked and you shrugged.

"Sure." You moved your hair and fixed your look before Steve took a selfie of you and him.

He pulled the phone closer to look at the picture. "Oh, looks like I clicked something." He handed you the phone and you waited for a few moments for something to pop up, but nothing did.
