3rd POV

The door creaked ever so slowly, the heavy iron scent crashed over the staggered male. A single lightbulb haphazardly hung, provided just enough light to revel a gruesome sight. Creamy white tiles smeared with black, bathtub overflowing with the black washed into the water, and a still corpse turned ever so slightly to the wall. Toby immediately stumbled backward, falling to his knees with bewildered eyes and an unforeseen tic attack approaching.
"Mr. Eyeless? Where are you, I have a friend with me!", called Sally from a further room down the hall, still unaware of the terror in the bathroom. The twitching male held his breath, struggling to move or even speak. A striking pressure presented heavy and Toby doubled over clenching his head.

Cold flashes of red and orange roared through his head, see a flipped car amidst a dull pavement. Screams from all around came pouring into his ears as a ripped up face of a young lady etched itself into his pounding brain. He gasped, stumbling to the corpse, pulling her free from the wreckage as the car rolled causing the twitching male to cut himself on the shards of glass still protruding from the shattered window. A bright flame took to the upturned bottom of the car and more scream pierced his weakened mind, an unnoticed figure took hold of Toby's arm, pulling him away from the hurt women but he felt the stronger need to be with her. Thrashing himself free, he sprung back to her, successfully pulling her limp body out of the suspended seat and was now trying to shake the damned figure again. Relentless efforts of reefing him away caused bruises but that went unfelt as Toby struggled in the seemingly multiplying hands. The visions began to blur yet Toby slipped from the grasping hands just as the car ignited, sending Toby falling backward with such force he was left reeling for a steady breath. Broken glass presently embedded in his left side while his arms felt heavy and tight as if the heat from the raging explosion burnt his forearms.
He wanted to move, to pull that young woman out of the flames, but he couldn't, remaining still. Looking to the sky, vision hazed as it appears like a wooden roof, he felt the remaining energy leave him quickly as the previous screams died to a single, frantic voice. Slow blurs and sharp motions graced everywhere in Toby's depleting sight, the last thing he thought he clearly heard from a shaken voice spoke was, "Oh shit, why him of all beings. He'll be scared for the rest of his unnatural life."
