Today or Tomorrow, But never Later. (Eyeless Jack x Ticci Toby)

Ch. 12

  E.J. POV

  I was enjoying the simple satisfaction of silence in my head. The voices just outside the bathroom door seemed so distant until. . .

  Still dizzy with lesser cognizant control, I sat up in the cold black water, but it didn't feel the same. I couldn't feel the cold, I couldn't feel at all! I wasn't in my body, I had no control as I watched my body slump against the wall.
  Not only was I not in control of my body, the sadly familiar twitching male stumbled into the room. He looked ill within seconds of looking around the room, I wanted to bite myself for not locking the damned door. He suddenly doubled over, as if hit with an unforeseen force, holding his head with much grip.

  I couldn't help but watch numbly, everything seemed to move forward in slow motion.
  Toby stumbled over to the tub reaching out to my cold body, trying to pull it out of the water. That seemed to stir a demon from its peace, my body immediately springing from the tub, grabbing the closest thing and sending it right at the other males side. The mirror broke into many pieces that found home in Toby's skin, instantly imbedded on impact. I couldn't stand to see this happen any longer, it wasn't me in my body! I would never purposely hurt someone in this mansion like this, only the demons seek unreasonable blood. I knew some spirits had a force on physical things, and I prayed to Slender that I could at least get Toby out of the room.
  I reached out with much will, grabbing his arm and trying to pull Toby away, but he thrashed about. I lost hold and he went after my growling body, approaching it as if it was not dangerous at all.
At some point Sally came into the room and hugged me from behind shaking, as her being a spirit she could see me like Toby could see my physical body. She and Ben both knew about my problems but Sally cared more, "Mr. Eyeless, why is Mr. Toby there!?", she worriedly. "Sally, Mr. Toby needs help. We need to get him out of this room." I had to get Toby away from my body before it seriously hurt him.

She nodded, fear still present as we both took hold of the struggling male. Sally was crying as my body began loudly hissing and snarling. We were able to get Toby across the room to the door way when he slipped free again and my body, though staying in the same spot for that duration, exploded with many unknown emotions. Running right at Toby bearing claws, the demon collided with him sending him spiralling to the floor just after it was able to cut Toby's arms with my claws.

That's when it finally stopped. The demon lost interest when Toby was down for the count, so it left my body to collapse just beside the other male. It hurt to be immediately ripped from Sally's side as my body felt heavy again.
I sat upward stiffly, readjusting to the feeling of my body. Quickly, I looked to the barley conscious male, my voice actually shook with distress, "Oh shit, why him of all beings. He'll be scared for the rest of his unnatural life."
I knew his injuries needed tending to and the voices were slowly rousing, what brought me out of my fearful daze was sweet little Sally hugging me saying, "Mr. Eyeless? You're ok right? You can help Mr. Tody?" Her voice was shaken too, she really wanted everyone to be ok. "Yeah, I can help. I need you to grab the first aid kit from under my bed, then meet me in the kitchen."
I wasted no more time in patching up the damage done, resting Toby on the kitchen table while cleaning the wounds. It made me sick to see all the blood and marred flesh.
  Hopefully he woke up ok, with little memory of what the foul demon had done. I feel like shit but I can't grab the blade while Sally is hugging my side.
