I was shaking with nerves as Peter and I walk into Oscorp."Have you ever been here before?" Peter had asked me. I shrug.
"I've never been inside the building before. It's kinda dull."
"You never seen half of it, Y/N." He chuckled. I then smile. I was still shaking pretty badly but I didn't wanna mention it.
I didn't have to. Peter pulled his hand into mine. He smiled.
"It's okay, I got you." He told me. I nod, looking down.
We waited for Harry to show up. I was beginning to get impatient but then I heard footsteps. I look up and saw him.
His blue eyes were just mesmerizing. I mean, how could you not fall for those eyes? Oh Lord.
"Peter Parker," He spoke up. He then glanced over to me. He smiled. "Miss Clumsy is with you too, I see."
I blush nervously as I look down. Peter squeezed my hand for comfort.
"It's like seeing a ghost." Harry states. I look over at Peter who seemed to be amused.
"Hey, Harry." Peter seemed to be nervous too which wouldn't surprise me.
"Random.. ten years.." Harry trailed off.
"Eight," Peter corrected. "Close."
"What's up?" He asked.
"I saw the news man. I heard about your father.. and I wanted to come and see you, check on you.. make sure you're okay." He answered firmly.
As Peter and I stepped closer, he moved backwards.
"Yeah, I-uh.. I'm with some people." He told us. "I'm-im in a meeting."
"I'm sorry." Peter and I were quick to apologize. We stepped back. Peter seemed devastated, I felt terrible for him.
"I know it's been a long time.. but I kind of know exactly what you're going through right now. You were there for when I'm parents... that's why I'm here for you." Peter let out a shaky breath as I smile sadly at him.
"Thank you." Was all Harry said.
We turned around and headed for the door when Harry spoke up.
"You got your braces off, now theres nothing to distract from your unibrow." Harry smiled as Peter laughed a bit.
I couldn't help but chuckle myself. It was nice to see him finally opening up with Peter. Surely, I don't know them well enough but I can say that they go way back. You could just tell.
"It's nice to meet you properly by the way, Clumsy." He walked down to shake my hand. I blush taking his hand.
I move my hand up to my face to cover the blush. "Same here, Mr. Osborn."
"Call me Harry. What shall I call you aside from Clumsy?" He giggled as so did I.
"Y/N. I prefer clumsy though." We laughed more so.
We ended up walking around town together which has been the best time I've had in a long while.
(These will be in my own words).
Harry and I would share glances every now and then as he would talk to Peter. I didn't feel left out but they hardly talked to me. It was for them to catch up and I get that.
"So, clumsy.. how long have you been here?" Harry opened his mouth.
I shrug. "Long enough to know this town or city is just ordinary."
He smirked. "Ordinary, huh? Yeah. I don't think so. We have super heroes now.. spider-man if I'm right."
I looked up at Peter who kept the plain old smile on his face.
"Yeah, ain't he incredible?" I asked, cocking a brow. I was nervous for what Harry might say that could offend my best-friend.
"Right," Harry threw a rock in the water. We were leaning over a bridge. I shake my head.
"I think cops should just handle it. That's what they are for, right?" Harry sighed.
"Cops can't save everybody." Peter spoke up, throwing a rock. I didn't feel like throwing rocks just to embarrass myself.
"Perhaps.. neither can Spider-Man. So what's your point?" Harry asked.
"He can sense things. Like a real spider!" I spoke.
Harry turned to look at me. He smiled in amusement. "Perhaps, I need saving. The thing is.. would he save me?"
"Why sure he would. What do you think, Peter?" We we're both now looking at Peter.
He then grinned. "Spider-Man is willing to save everyone.. including Harry Osborn."
Harry smiled from ear-to-ear. "Well, let's see. Shall we?"
I didn't know what he meant then.
