The scene starts from shubham asking Naira why she is worrying abt the family who did not bother abt her.

N-but what will the family think if I take Kairav away from here also this is his house.
A-what ??? The house which blamed his mother for something or the other is his house???
K -what are u talking shubham ??? We blamed Naira??when and how??
A-pls shut your mouth before I lose my temper...
K-shubham I am ur bhai and ur my chotu
A-dont call me chotu becoz only bhabhi has the right to call me like that
K-what ?? Am I nothing to you???
A-no!the day when u asked ur wife sorry sorry my bhabhi that question , ur nothing to me
K-that time I was unsecured of  Naira's relationship with Mihir and so I asked that question...
A-oh acha you were insecured , u asked that question what abt the problems faced by the bhabhi....

Saying this he turned around to see Naira but he was shocked to see Naira panicking and got a panic attack.....

Kartik was also startled to see his sherni who used to be brave now getting a panic attack...

Hearing the commotions outside, all the family members of the goenka villa came outside , they were also equally shocked to see shubham alive , naira's condition.

Shubham tightly hugged Naira trying to calm her but his efforts went in vain ,she was going breathless .
Kairav and Sara also tried to calm her but of no use.
The trio took her to the hospital and the goenka family followed them to the hospital...

Doctors checked her and said that.......
