The scene starts from doctor coming out of the ward in which naira was treated ....

Dr- Mr.Goenka, ur wife is completely fine, she needs complete bed rest...and also she is weak  u have to take extra care of her...okay..
K-okay doctor that I will take care...can I meet her now??
Dr-haan ...

Kartik went inside the ward to see naira sleeping peacefully and he sat beside her and started caressing her hairs...

N-soumya maa....(in her sleep)

Kartik was shocked to hear his mothers name from her mouth....

K- naira!!

Now naira woke up slowly and was happy to see kartik fit and fine...

N- tum theekoon na??
K-haan bacha when sherni is here....why should I fear??
N-thank god kartik u are safe...
K- are u mad or what??u pushed me out and u could have died....
N- sorry....but I am happy that i saved u ....or else......u...
(Started panicking )...
K- no bacha nothing .....relax ....relax...nothing happened...

Kartik comforted and Naira felt normal....kartik decided to ask naira about taking saumya ma name....

K- why were u mumbling saumya ma when u were unconscious???
N-thats what i was about to tell u....kartik now whatever i am going to tell u listen to me carefully .....I know u will get angry after listening to me....but its okay...
K- naira dont beat around the bush...tell me the matter soon...
N- kartik saumya maa is alive....she is not dead...
K- what???

Kartik was unable to digest that his mother was alive...
N- haan kartik and one more thing do you feel anything for arjun who acted as my husband??
K- I feel something  .... A weird feeling...same as what i feel for keerti....
N- becoz arjun is ur brother...
K- what??
N- haan kartik but mumma is very angry with u ...and she wont talk to u ....
K- I know how to apologize to my mother....

They hear a voice from behind.....
V- I wont forgive u even if naira forgives u....

Kartik turned to see saumya maa standing with arjun....

K- maa ....
S- no dont call me maa ....I didnt expect this from u...
K( holding his ears)- I am sorry maa....but that time i was feeling insecure ...
S- insecure of what?? Naira??? And becoz of ur insecuredness u hurt ur naira and at the time when she was pregnant.....what she would have done if she had lost kairav??
K- maa i didn't know that ...she didn't tell me .....
S- when did u allow her to tell u??when she was waiting for u to tell u that she is pregnant....u asked that question....how can u thing like that to naira ....
K-maa woh mitali....

They heard a thud sound and shocked to see lying unconsciously on the floor...
S/K- naira

Kartik and Saumya ran to Naira.....and lifted her and placed her on the bed...and called doctor....

Doctor came and checked her and told them that she fainted due to exertion and nothing else ....

Saumya told kartik that they both wont discuss on anything as they have to take care of naira...
