Me and tommy were all packed up, and Tommy was sound asleep at 4:45 am, I felt bad that I had to wake the younger but we had to go

I put a sticky note saying we left on my dresser,  I grabbed a few more things I might need, like food, water, phone, charging cable and ect.

It was time.

I walked to Tommy's room and woke him up, originally we were gonna go to schlatts house, even though I still don't know if I can fully forgive him but I tried

Me: I know you're probably not awake but, can me and my brother stay at your house for a bit? Something happened and I can't be here any longer

Fox man: 5:04am
I'm a streamer, I never sleep, and yes you can, just come whenever, I'll have the rooms ready

At least fundy was awake

"Come on Tommy" I said

"Aw why??? I just barely fell asleep" he said

"We gotta leave now, it's only for a bit dont worry, 14 days max" I joked

"hah so funny will, let's go" he said

we walked out of the house, closed the front door and left, i was scared at first because the wall to fundys house was 15 minutes, and on foot that would be 30

I carried Tommy as he wasn't super heavy, besides he's 9 and I dragged him out of bed way before his normal "wake up" time

As we walked I was getting more and more tired, I was holding Tommy with one hand, because my other arm was definitely broken, but I still tried

As we got into fundys neighborhood me and Tommy ate breakfast, it was jus granola bar but at least he had something in his stomach

"will, how far are we now?" Tommy asked

"Not too far, just a few more blocks and we'll be there" I say

I picked Tommy back up and finish the walk to fundys house

"Alright Tommy, we are here, just knock" I say to him

"okay, but why me? You know him how come you don't do it" he said whining

"Fine" i say as i Walk to fundys door and knock at the door

"Hey will!, come on in, oh and you too!!" He said to me and my younger brother

Me and Tommy walked in and Tommy ran into a room and slept immediately

"Dang he must be tired" fundy said

"Yeah, we had- well i had a long night, I  wouldn't be able to forgive myself if I left Tommy and my brother hurt him too." I say with tears forming in my eyes

"We'll do you know what might've triggered him to hit you?" Fundy asked me his gaze softened

"he was drunk, he does stupid shit when he's drunk" I reply to him

"So he really just hits you because the alcohol makes him aggressive?" Fundy asked

"Yeah, I mean I can understand, I'm a dead weight anyway" I say looking down at my shoes

"you aren't will, don't say that again. we might have just met but you matter to me" he says looking at me deep in my eyes (this is not flirting it sucks i have to say this but he's making sure will know he's serious)

"Thanks Fundy." I say to him

"Anytime will, remember im always here" He says very sincere

my phone lit up. A text from techno appeared

Techno: hey will, I noticed you left the house, i was gonna take you and Tom to get something for breakfast

Me: me and Tom are at a friends house, is it okay if we stay here for a bit?

Techno: yeah but not for longer that 5 days, stay safe will. Love you.

Me: love you too, see you in a little.

"Well you should get some sleep will Im gonna go to the store and get some stuff, I'll be home in a few hours maybe?" He said

"Okay see you later, be safe out there" I say and i walk to "my" room

Fundy leaves in his pink car and speeds off, i hear his tires screech in the distance

I guess I should start to make myself at home?
