"Call the police immediately. I left my phone at her apartment, but you have to hurry up before she notices I am gone."
Troy shook as he said those words to the security guard.

"I can't just call the police on someone for no reason. You are not telling me the entire story. What happened at Ms. Alexandra's apartment?"

Troy took a deep breath. He knew there is no way to convince the guard without telling him the entire story. So he decided to skip the absurd, unbelievable parts and got straight to the point.

"Alexandra invited me to dinner today. We met on Tinder, and this was our fourth date. It was my first time at her house. I found parts of a human body in her freezer. So stop wasting time and call the police before she comes looking for me or hides the evidence."

The security guard looked shocked and shook his head in disbelief.
'You look into all of your dates' freezers?"
He commented while dialing 9-1-1.

"No, someone asked me to look there," replied Troy.

"Wait, there is someone else in the house too?"
The guard said as he moved the phone away from his ears.

Troy was dreading this question. Now he would have to tell the guard the less convincing part of the story.
"Listen, you may not believe me, but I am telling you exactly what happened. So trust me, alright. After dinner, I walked towards Alexandra's patio to light a bud while she was in the shower. And what I saw next freaked me out. I saw a lot, at least eight pale-looking guys standing on the patio—all staring at me through the glass door. I froze. Then they all pointed towards the fridge. I somehow gathered the courage to walk up to it and opened it. There was nothing in it. When I closed it, one of the pale guys was standing right behind me. He was dead quiet. He pointed at the freezer, and I opened it.
I ran from the apartment after I saw the body parts. I don't know who those guys were or how they got in, but I know what I saw, and you are seriously putting us in a lot of danger by not calling the police."

The guard was still in disbelief, but he did as he was told. After the call, he asked Troy to follow him to a safe location till the police arrived.
They walked over to the basement of the building in a room that held supplies for the maintenance.
And suddenly, all went black for Troy...

When Troy woke up, he was tied to a chair with his mouth sealed with a cloth.
Alexandra and the guard directly faced him.
"Oh hey sweety, what am I hearing. Have you been calling me a murderer?"
Alexandra laughed.

"Mam, you have to be careful. He almost escaped. I'm glad I was nearby when he found me," said the guard with a worried look on his face.

"Come on now, Bryan, have I ever given you trouble before this? This is the first time," replied Alexandra in an apologetic tone.

"He mentioned there were some guys in your apartment who asked him to check your freezer. So what is all that about?"

"He probably smoked up after all that wine. Ignore him, Bryan. I got it from here."

Alexandra did not convince Bryan. But he shrugged his shoulders and walked away anyway.
Alexandra looked at a scared shivering Troy with a twinkle in her eyes and said, "Oh sweetie, you are going to be my 9th. Aren't you excited?"
