Yu-Gi-Oh x Hololive: Wildcard Integrals (DISCONTINUED)

Heyo, Cenonn here! I'm just a regular author who wants to write whatever my weird mind can come up with. I'm mostly active in the Hololive fanfiction community (I'm writing like four fics about Hololive and updating them on a regular basis). If you're one of my loyal readers who wants to check out another one of my works, then glad to have you here, buddy. But if you're one of the new readers (probably from the Yu-Gi-Oh! fandom), then it's nice to meet you.

Anyways, this fanfiction is a Yu-Gi-Oh!xHololive crossover. What do I mean by that? Vtubers would be playing the Yu-Gi-Oh! card game. That means you'll see Botan Shishiro, A-chan, Temma Kishido, and other Vtubers playing a children's card game against other characters.

If you're looking for stories that involve Yu-Gi-Oh! characters from any Yu-Gi-Oh! series like Yugi, Atem, Judai, Yuusei, and stuff, then this one is not for you. The focus of this fanfiction is on the OCs and the Hololive Vtubers. The only Yu-Gi-Oh! element here is that this fanfiction has characters who play that card game. That's all.

Also, this fanfiction is all about the card game so in order to fully enjoy it, you must have some knowledge about it. But if you have no idea how it works, don't worry! Right at the end of this chapter is a quick crash course in Yu-Gi-Oh! Also, I'll place explanations in my chapters in case you'll forget all about it.

The Yu-Gi-Oh! rules in this fanfiction follow Master Rule 2020. That means it includes Fusion, Synchro, Xyz, Pendulum, and Link Summoning. However, I'll only have 4000 LP for regular duels cause it's a nightmare to write a duel with 8000 LP. Even if it would take around four turns to reduce the 4000 LP to 0, the entire chapter with a single Duel in it would have around 2.5k words.

Another thing you should know is that some characters have their own original cards. This is to keep things interesting. Don't worry, I'll do my best to balance the original cards. And while we're on the topic of "keeping things interesting", I'll show a new method of Summoning. It'll be revealed soon in the future chapters so if you're curious, stick around and find out.

Now I'll talk about the format in the story.

Words enclosed in square brackets ( [] ) are card names. Like this: [Pot of Greed].

Sentences enclosed in square brackets ( [] ) are windows that appeared in the field of vision of a character. Like this: [Turn 1 - Main Phase 1]

Words enclosed in angle brackets ( <> ) are buttons in a window. Example:

And lastly, bold letters are simply words that help you, the reader, in understanding whatever is happening in a Duel.

I only wrote this since I saw my old unpublished Yu-Gi-Oh! fanfics and wanted to write another one but with Hololive. Also, I'm getting too addicted to Master Duels.
