All I find myself doing now is crying and staring off into space.

Everything reminds me of her.

And she's gone. Because of me.

Celestia had sent me an a letter with the date of her funeral.

I don't want to be around anyone. I just...

I want to be with her. She's all I think about.

I find myself not feeling anything nowadays.

It's been two days.

Two long days.

-The day of the funeral-

Twilight Sparkle POV:

The funeral is being held in Canterlot. It's not a big reception, which I think we all agree was best. It's just her friends, family, and people in town she was close with. I sit in a pew that my friends are sitting in. We are all crying. More people come into the church and greet each other.

I then see Discord walk in. He takes a seat in the far back and stares at the ground.

He came. I'm glad. No one has seen him for about a week.

I get up and walk over to where he is and sit next to him.

"Thank you for coming." I said.

"O-of course." His voice was raspy, like he hadn't talked in a while and has holding back tears.

He wasn't stable. No one was.

I hugged him. He needed it.

He hugged back and he started silently crying.

We didn't say anything. We just hugged for a good couple of seconds.

We stopped and we just looked at eachother. I can tell he needed that. He gave me a small smile with tears in his eyes.

I smiled back and got up and returned to sit with my friends. It was starting.

After the ceremony we all went outside to bury her. It was the saddest day for Equestria. She had a custom gravestone, with butterflies. There's also going to be a memorial for her in Ponyville.

You could tell Discord was having a hard time during the burial. He was shaking and holding back so many tears.

We all started to leave when the funeral ended.

I saw Discord standing next to her grave.

"What will you be doing now?" I asked as I walked next to him.

"I'm not sure. I cant go back to the castle. That was our home."

We both just stared at her grave.

"She would want you to be happy." I said as I looked up to him.

"How can I?" He said as he looked at me. Tears filled his eyes.

We stared back at her grave and said nothing for a while.

"You can stay here at the castle. Celestia told me that if you have no where else you are more then welcome to stay with her."

"Thanks."

"If you ever need to talk... I'm here."

He looked at me and just smiled. He's been so distant lately. I'm glad I was able to talk to him.

"I'll see you around Discord."

I walk away towards the gates.

-A month later-

Princess Celestia POV:

About two weeks ago, Discord moved into the castle. I was more than happy to give him a room.

Everything.. has affected him so much. He hardly talks anymore, he struggles making eye contact when he does talk.. sometimes I just see him staring off into space in his room.

I.. I don't know what to do to help him.

I worry how long he's going to be like this...

Speaking of Discord, I haven't seen him all day. I should check on him.

I walk to his room and knock on his door.

"Discord..?"

All I hear is crying.

"Discord? I'm coming in."

I open the door to see him shaking on the ground, looking a picture.

"Discord!"
