Y/ns POV : "I was just closing up the pie shop for the night ' since Mrs. Lovett wasn't around to do it I had no idea where she was but I shook those thoughts out of my head and I went and flipped the sign from open to closed, and right as I went to shut the door in the corner of my eye I saw something but it wasn't just anything it was someone and by someone I mean it was Mr. Todd and he was on his knees covered in blood in the pouring rain. I quickly grabbed my coat and ran outside to where he was and I shouted Mr. Todd! It's pouring out here come inside now you'll catch ya a cold! But he seemed to not hear me so I ran over and I grabbed him gently by his arm and took him inside the pie shop again. " ( couple mins later ). Y/n: "After getting him out of the rain I closed the door again and took my coat off ' then once I had it hung up I then walked over and sat down across him at the table along with a bottle of ale I kept in the cabinet. I poured him a glass and slid it to him ' and watched as he just barely touched it and I watched as he picked it up and took a sip, exhaling slowly " Y/n: Mr. Todd what happened I ask curious and kind of scared as to why he had blood-stained clothes and blood that was on his face ' from my observations the blood didn't look that old it looked fresh, Sweeney: " it's time I came to clean Mrs. Lovett and I you won't be proud to hear any of this and it might disturb you but ' we have committed acts such as murdering people and putting them in our pies I simply say then I look at her for her reaction. "
Y/n: So you mean I say ' all this time you were Sweeney: I nod staring off to the side so I don't have to look at her, y/n: I suddenly feel nauseous very nauseous, and why are you covered in blood? Sweeney: I came to London simply for revenge nothing else ' I came to kill judge Turpin for what he did to me and now that I've done that I think I should get going I say and with that, I stand up y/n: Sweeney I say standing up Sweeney: what and I turn looking at her y/n: what happened to Mrs. Lovett? Sweeney: Mrs. Lovett I threw her into the furnace downstairs in the meat making room y/n: oh my god I gasp Sweeney: she kept the secret of Lucy still behind alive from me ' I had to do it y/n: and where is Lucy Sweeney: she's dead I killed her accidentally now only my daughter Johanna is out there and I hope she has a better life she certainly will If she stays away from me. Y/n: " I wiped the tears that fell from my face hearing him talk about all this it was too much ' for me I didn't know what to think Sweeney: I think it's best if you stay away from me also y/n y/n: so that's it then it's over Sweeney: I nod then I walk to the door y/n: no stop, you can't just leave me here I have no one I cry out Sweeney: you have Toby wherever he may be I say ... and with that I open the door and go back out into the rain disappearing.
