UNEDITED WORK
Sweetie are you okay? I am your mother Char, I know when you're truly happy and when you're faking it. You think I can't see past your act? I did the first day you decided to wear glasses instead of your contacts and bought a bunch of those granny clothes. Your senior Year is starting tomorrow for christ sake! You need to move on." said my mother Julia Summer Evers."It's not that easy mom. Her and Caleb meant everything to me! I hate the fact that she died because of me. It hurts that I wasn't there with her when she needed me the most" I held back my tears but had the biggest lump in my throat. I wish I died instead of her.
"Honey it wasn't your fault! You went to find the doctor because you were concerned for her and not anyone else. Ruby (A/N Julia's name for Rebecca) was like my daughter. I loved and cared for her as if she was my own. Do you think it was easy for me or your father?" she said. Her voice seemed as if she was about to cry. I can't stand my mother cry and she knows that. She's cried enough when she found out about dad's first wife and children. She suffered so much wrath from them and the society. Well back to the original topic..
"Mom please don't cry! You know I can't stand watching you cry. I love you and I'll do anything you want me to do but please don't ask me to do this. I don't have enough energy left within me to fight all this and be happy. It's not that I can't take a stand but it's just that I don't want to take a stand. I'm happy the way I am. I have you supporting me and thats all I need. I just have 2 years left. After that I'll just go to university and start afresh" LIE!! Total lie! 'm not going to do any of this but I'll never tell mom. My will to go to university is true though.. I plan to become an Oncologist and help those who have cancer.
"Char, since you respect me so much, will you please wear this outfit I bought for you tomorrow? Please don't say no!" said mom in a very convincing tone.
"But mom!" instead of arguing mom just glares at me. "Fine, okay I'll wear it!"
"Oh and hon, please wear your contacts as well!"
"Mom now you are stretching it. I love and respect you but no, I will wear the outfit you want me to wear tomorrow but no more than that."
