Trigger Warning - gore/blood

A phoenix hybrid was sitting in a white room, leaning against the door, trying to cling onto the little bit of warmth radiating from it. A layer of cold water covered the floor and the poor phoenix was shivering. The sixteen-year-old has never seen the outside, yet wishes so dearly to be there. His wings, which should be on fire were drenched and tied together, preventing him to fly away. It didn't matter though, the teen didn't know how to fly anyways.

"Hybrid 010, step away from the door." A robotic voice echoes in the small room as the blond slowly stands up and backs away from the door. The hybrid knew what would happen if he didn't obey and knew he didn't want the punishment. Almost immediately, two guards came in and grabbed each of the teen's arms. They pretty much dragged him out of the room. It's not like 010 didn't try, he was just too weak to walk.

Eventually, the trio made it to a new room. This room was very similar to the hybrid's holding room but smaller, and it has scarlet colored feathers on the floor. One guard unties the the bright red phoenix wings with some gold feathers scattered throughout, and the other takes out a vile. 

"Now hold still." A guard orders as he grabs the teen's shoulders and puts the vile on 010's cheek. The other guard goes on to roughly pluck one of the gold feathers, causing the hybrid to cry and scream in pain. The guard repeats this until the wings have no more gold and the vile holds a few tears. "Is this enough?" The guard holds up the vile.

"No, we should probably get more." The guard's rough monotone voice was emotionless as he starts picking more feathers from the poor boy's wing. Once again, he started crying in pain.

Finally when the vile was full, they stopped plucking. The teen's once scarlet wing was now all skin with only a few feathers still hanging on. It was bleeding in some areas and was very sore. And the guards didn't help the pain when they roughly tied the wings back together. He was then led out and dragged back to his cold, wet room.
