She seems to be an embodiment of an elegant tall figure with blue hair, has a crown with sapphire gems and wears a gown with white thick fur around her neck.

He wears a knight armor, the holes of his helmet where his visor glows a light blue hue, he is her royal guard, always on duty around the Queen to be her shield. His lance has a long, piercing weapon with a mechanism inside which can fire an explosive round. His lance has a gun embedded in it, which will activate with a press of a button. The best way to think about it is a regular lance with shaped charges strapped to the end. The shots are quite short ranged, but work well when linked with the stabs.
