Pipers POV

As me and the team are about to walk onto the field anderson is talking to us about how we are ganna do great and how we have to win because "our" team won the allstars game

"Okay girls, team USA hockey and there coach and don are going to be here to watch us play. So just play like always dont push yourself so that your playing like a different person. Okay let's go warm up!"

We hot in the dugout, put out stuff down and went to play catch. When blue called

"COACHS AND CAPTAIN, LETS GO"

I walk up to the plate with coach in front of me. We get to the plate show the line up and so and so, I look into the crowd to see team usa hockey right behind the plate.

I was about to walk off with coach when he said

"Piper come hit off the tee for a minute, you haven't done it yet, and then I will pitch to you by the fence."

"Okay" is all I could manage to say. I dont know why I'm nervous, I'm never nervous. Maybe because team usa hockey is going to be right behind me when I am in the real game.

After in done hitting and catching off coach it's time for the game to start, we get back in the dugout and get out gloves and face masks ready, when coach starts calling outlr spot for this inning. He put me as catcher, that doesent suprises me. I get my gear on and walk on the field, all the moms are screaming

"LETS GO PIPER!!"

"THATS OUT CATCHER!!"

"GET THEM UP!!"

I smile spread on my face as I am about to get to the plate a put my mask and get behind the plate. Hanna's pitching.

"STRIKE ONE"

"STRIKE TWO"

"Come hanna do it again. Do it again" I encourage her

The ball goes above my head by like 4 feet, blue moves out of the way, I jump and and catch the ball and throw it in

"Ball"

She gets a walk the first, runs to second, steals third.

The batter fouled the ball into the air behind me so I throw of my mask and run into the fence to make the catch. I turn around and run back to the plate and dive to take the runner.

"OUT!!" The ump tells

The bleachers behind me scream and cheer knowing the play was a fair call. Safe to say that we won the game.

Dean's POV

We get to the game to come to find out we get to sit right behind the plate, the best spot really

The guys in blue call up the coach's and captain to the plate, there talking when the girl with red hair look in the bleachers and finally finds us, as soon as she sees us, she gets nervous.

Moms start screaming at the catcher about how amazing she is, she walks up to the plate and gets down in position. Two strikes then then the batter hits the ball up and foul the girl behind the plate throws her mask off. Catches the ball and dives forward to get the tag.

The won the game and there talking in the dugout, me and the rest of the team are walking to the team when we hear their coach talking about how amazing he is because he won the all-stars game.

"Yeah, you won the game, it's not like you came to coach me. Oh, wait you didn't come, I had to play by myself and guess what I won the game for us" the red head girl whispered not letting anyone else here her.

We walk into the dugout to meet the team and find out there position they play. Even though we just watched there game

"Ok kay girls' team USA is going to introduce themselves to yawl really fast"

There coach was telling them all about us, and where were from but I keeps looking at the girl with red hair who made to diving tag, and who has the heavy bag.

"Okay girls introduce yourselves"

"Ava"
"Piper"

When u saw that name leave the girls mouth, it was like I just won the lottery, then Thay all got up from the bench and started packing there bags, I look at the girl in red to see her throw the catcher's gear off her body and into the big black bag. So that is what was in the bag that made it so heavy.

"Hey dean can you throw me my bat please?" she asked me

"Yeah" I pick up the bat and toss it to her, she catches it and puts it in the side of her bag

"Hey piper can I talk to you for a minute? "yea" she follows her coach away from the team, she comes back and goes to her bag take of two rings from her fingers and gives them to two girls, she puts her bag on and walks over to the coach take the team USA tag of her back and gives it to her coach and picks up the big black bag and walks out of the field.

"What just happened?" Coach Bombay asks out loud

"I have no idea, Anderson what did you say to her?"

"I kicked her off the team."

"WHAT!!!' her team yells in ursin

"We don't need her, She didn't play in the all-stars game Layla did. Layla won it for us piper didn't even go, and she doesn't go to practice." Anderson says

"I didn't play in the all-stars game?"

"You didn't?"

"No, piper did."

"And we need piper to win she is our star player, piper won it for us if it wasn't for her, we wouldn't be here right now. And she talked to you about not being at practices, she tried pulling herself off the team because on her old team if you didn't practice you didn't play. She talked to you about that because on the day we had practice she had volleyball games, and she practiced every day for volleyball at her school so she could play in the game. So why in the world would you kick her off the team?!?" The second coach asked/yelled at Anderson

"Well crap, there is no way that she is going to want to come back after all the offal stuff I said to her"
