New vs. The old

Pipers POV

Its game day, I don't think I can put words into how exited I am for this. WE all got out uniforms before the game so we got changes and are now on the bus so we can go to the field so we can play our game.

(PS!! I know in the movie its team USA and other teams like that but for the sake of the story i am going to do it like the softball world series)

We are talking to one another, Thanking about the game, and how exited we all are to compete in the computation. I am talking to Aubry aka the pitcher for the team, and we are just talking about how the other girl left because of an accident that happened on the field, I was really bad, sliding into 2nd base and the softball hit her right in the arm almost breaking it in the process so she had to go home after that.

-----Time Skipp-----

We are walking to the field and let me tell you the bleachers are PACKED!! We get into the dugout, set our stuff down, and get on the field to warm up when I hear someone call my name from behind me, I turn around to see my old team staring at me in shock, then there is Don that is standing behind them with team USA hockey smirking at me and my team knowing that my new team had a pretty good new player. "Piper what the hell are you doing here?!?!" My old coach says from behind the old team just now seeing me. "Playing softball with my new team" I say smirking al him, then my new head coach, that I learned that his name was tom, called us into the dugout to get ready for the game.

Deans POV

We were walking and talking with Elite to the field because they have another game against some team called the 'Thunder cats'. We get on the field so they can warm up, just to see the other team warming up already, so like any person would do, we join the team so watch and learn what and how they play before the game. Not going to lie, there good, really good. Then Veronica says out of nowhere "Is this just me or dose that last name on the person catching look like Piper?" "What??" All the other girls say after that, so we all turn our heads to look, and low and behold, it looks like her. The team starts walking to the other team to get a closer look at the play, and just like that, as soon as we get over there the girl gets up and starts talking to the pitcher. "Piper what the hell are you doing here?!?!"The coach yells at her. She turns around to look at us, "Playing softball with my new team" I look at her, she is just smiling, you can tell, her getting kicked off this team hurt her. And now she is playing and is happy again. How did she get the offer though? I thought only Don could- I look at him and see him smirking. That sneaky son of a bitch. 

"We have no chance winning this game if we are playing against her!!" Layla and Ava yell at the same time looking at their coach. I bet there good without her, right? "Girls we will be fine, Ya'll are just as good as her, she might not even play today because she just moved team." Their coach says looking all of them, we got called off the field so we can go sit down behind the plate so we can watch the game. The 'Thunder cats' are batting first, the first girl gets a single, the seconded girl strikes out, the third girl gets a single, then Piper gets up to the plate. The 'Elite' coach tells them to back up, so they do. They have a runner on first and third, with one out and no runs. The pitcher winds up and pitches it just for it to almost hit Piper in the head, thankfully she dodges the pitch. Pitcher winds up again and pitches the ball, its going right down the middle. Piper swings and hits the ball far; she takes off to first. The ball drops because the girl thought it was going foul but it was far. Coaches and the girls are screaming, and everyone is standing up.

"KEEP GOING PIPER, DONT STOP KEEP RUNNING!!!" The first base coach yells to her, she rounds seconded base and goes for three.

"Keep going, go home!!" The third base coach yells as she is rounding it to go home. Shes running home, just as the seconded baseman has it, she throws it to the catcher to try and get the out but it's too late. She already passed home plate. The bleachers are going crazy, yelling and jumping around, her team is around the plate screaming and jumping around for the in the park homerun. Three points, from one hit. 

This is going to be a long game.......
