Reincarnated as nightmare sans from Dreamtale

chapter 12

we walked through waterfall past an actual waterfall and finally made it to her house. it might seem like it wasn't that long but boy are you mistaken just because it was written in one sentence doesn't mean it didn't take an hour to get there on foot. strangely enough though I wasn't in the least bit tired and neither was dream papyrus or alphys. what was not strange was that after five minutes papyrus had to carry sans if we wanted to continue. 

once we got there alphys went up to the door and nocked. immediately undyne opens the door with a big smile. alphys texted her before hand that she was coming so she expected her and was ready to open the door to her crush. what she was not ready for was four skeletons right behind her 3 of which abnormally small. that includes sans if you were wondering. 

"uh Alph not to uh complain or anything but um why are they here?" undyne asked a little disappointed that it wasn't just her crush here to see her. 

"o-oh! I-I'm s-s-sorry! I was I-in a rush and f-forgot to e-explain! um they a-are here to talk to y-you." alphys said with a smile causing undyne to blush and immediately let us in. I guess bringing alphys here was the right choice after all. 

once inside we sat down with some tea undyne made for us all and explained our circumstance and our plan. we explained that we need her to let us pass so we can bring the human to the barrier and extract there soul from there body carful not to kill them since they can only reset if they die. that is if the human isn't being controlled by a human playing a video game because if they are the player could jut you know shut off the game and start over.  I just hope thats not the case and we will be able to follow through with the plan though no one but me knows that there is a chance the human is just a doll for a gamer and they aren't real. or they are and just can't control there body who knows my main goal isn't to be frisks hero anyway no its to stop the resets and get the majority a happy ending not everyone. 

"so you need me to let you pass with a genocidal human to get to the barrier and extract their soul without killing them? I'm in!" undyne said with excitement. 

"REALLY? I THOUGHT YOU WOULD SAY NO..." paps said with confusion. 

"why would I say no? thats basically what the whole royal guards for! you know taking the soul to the king so he can break the barrier with all seven souls. I'm just mad that I wasn't able to do it before. guess now I can make sure I get it right and with the knowledge that they are a potential threat nothing is stoping me from taking them down! I won't go easy on them just because they are some snot nosed brat." undyne said while cracking her knuckles. you can always count on undyne to hype you up when you're about to do a violence. I can just imaging her in the background of a fight saying 'hit em where it hurts!'. hehehe oops sorry I got a little off track. 

after undyne gave us permission we were on our way to the ruins leaving the two love birds behind to catch up and talk or something. if your wondering who the love birds are its undyne and alphys but I think that was obvious. 

once at the door of the ruins we let sans do all the talking. he had been friends with toriel for some time and his words held more credibility so nobody complained. after a few minutes of explaining our circumstance and the necessity of capturing the human child was toriel gave in but refused to help us and I quote 'harm innocent children' thankfully she agreed that the resets needed to be stopped so she would help us with our plan but she does not agree with said plan she assumes that frisk is just a misguided child in need of support and love so we had to add another variable to our plan. we won't kill frisk we will just capture them use there soul to break the barrier and then find a way to stop the resets without killing them. once we do that we give frisk back to toriel where she will attempt to help with frisks 'bad behavior' but I will always stick by my opinion that what frisk did was more than 'bad behavior' but thats just my opinion and one not worth mentioning.
