Meeting.
Izuku had calmed down for the most part after destroying several trees and wildlife around him. Bushes had only dents and roots of where they were, trees had foot prints embedded into them, dirt pathways had holes visible to everyone and piles of it nearby the actual hole. It took a while, but Izuku was indeed able to calm down. He had no clue where he was going at this point, but that didn't matter because he had a portable GPS to track his location. Honestly, Izuku hopes he finds them soon because if not, he gives up. He's done. This is annoying him and costing him so much energy of which he doesn't have. His head hurts, his feet ache, his stomach growls for food, his throat begs for water. If within ten minutes he finds nothing, he'll just fly overhead of the trees as fast as he can and suffer the side effects once he has water and food in his position.
Unless, maybe he doesn't, because suddenly, Izuku collapses on the ground, clutching his stomach while doubling over and emptying its contents onto the ground. He wipes his mouth with his sleeve, his body becoming worse with it's already bad feelings. He knows what's happening but God he wishes he was home instead of here.
At least it wasn't the hero camp, right? God, that would've been terrible. They could've found out everything. That would've been a funny reveal, wouldn't it? But no, never. He can't ruin his plan. He needs to make everyone realize how much they fucked up a young boy who had a heart of gold, and made him into a monster that everyone here fears; a murderer who's taken thousands of innocent lives; a terrorist who destroyed building upon building; a psychopath; a mentally insane person.
Many would disagree with his decisions, maybe even you, but why do you stay and read if you disagree? Curiosity? Do you think people in the future would continue to read about him in books and say, "Wow, what he did was just terrible." Or would it be, "Wow! He's such a role model!" I guess it depends who you ask, really. If you ask a regular civilian or a hero, they'd say how terrible of a person he was. But if you ask a villain, then they could agree with Izuku's views and values wholeheartedly. He hopes he goes down in history as someone who could beat All for One, or at least be on par with him.
After all, they are related. It's only natural that Izuku would've looked up to him in some aspect.
It's a complicated story, really, but Izuku's step father (Before he left as well.) gave him that toy. That stupid fucking toy. Somehow it still wriggled it's way into Izuku's heart—not that he'd say that.
But, Izuku's biological father was All for One. It was some mix up with something Inko never told him because she was obviously an angry drunk. When Izuku was taken to the LoV, they obviously had done many tests on him, one being a DNA test. When everyone found out that All for One was Izuku's dad, (He was maybe around twelve when he found out.) he was almost treated specially in a sense by Shigaraki, being as he was a relative of his master, and was taken under his wing. Shigaraki became more of an older brother figure to him from this sudden fact, a closeness and unsaid bond growing with everyday. At first, Shigaraki may have been envious for obvious reasons, but within a week or so, he became the best brother figure he was able to be: constantly caring for him, helping him, training him, protecting him. It's why, remember when he was kidnapped, they paid that heavy fine? (It was around the same time, maybe a month or two after they found out about All for One being his dad.) None of them could live without Izuku, All for One included.
But back to what's at hand: Izuku in chronic pain and why.
He was gaining a third quirk.
A. Third. Quirk. He considered two fucking great, but three? What could his third be?
Honestly, he had no clue, but he hope it would be worth it. This pain's worse than the other two. So much so that Izuku's already on the verge of collapsing from it and it's only been maybe ten or fifteen seconds maximum.
Just as Izuku's about to black out, someone comes up running to him in a panic, trying to get him to keep his eyes open. The figure's more black from his blurry vision and when his eyes close as well as his hearing about to fade, he hears, "Hey! Hey! Open your eyes! Come on!"

Izuku wakes up to see a concrete ceiling. He takes in what he feels rigth away which is a soft mattress that just makes him want to fall right back asleep, a soft blanket with it and a nice somewhat firm pillow under his head. A warmth is radiating somewhere from the room he's in which causes him to try and find it, as it was becoming too hot for his liking.
When actually looking, he sees, who he can assume is, the person from before. Their long, blond hair cascades down their back and partially all over their shoulders, covering their face from Izuku's view. Pale skin shows on their shoulders and the one Izuku can see is covered in some sort of grime. They have on a black tank top with black sweats and a ring on their finger which looks like one of engagement.
For some random reason, they shoot up and without even looking at Izuku runs to the table located across the room to work on something.
"Uhhh..." Izuku tries to make his status of awakeness known to the person which works because they turn around and immediately run up to Izuku to feel his temperature. He makes the same noise again in confusion while they grab him pills from the side drawer and water from the glass on the nightstand.
"Here, take these." They command. Izuku asks to inspect the bottle just to be sure it isn't some random ass drug. Even if they helped him, he wanted to be careful. But after reading it was just some strong painkillers, he took them. (He also knew by the look of them, the bottle was to double check.)
"So, what were you doing out there? You passed out by the time I found you!"
"Uhh..." How can Izuku answer? Saying how he was the villain causing all this destruction and he was getting another quirk?
Yeah, it was that easy; he could've done that. But this person could be a hero and he wouldn't know.
"I got lost and went without food or water for too long I guess..." He says instead.
The other person tilts their head to the side in confusion saying, "You're obviously lying. I'm not dumb." Izuku sits there, dumbfounded while they pull out a nail filer from anyone's guess and start to file their nails. They have their legs crossed very elegantly while blowing on their nails from time to time.
"What the fuck..." He mumbles, wondering who the fuck this wacko was.
"So, what's your name, broccoli boy?" They look up to him for a moment and immediately become focused on their nails once again.
"Midoriya... Izuku." Izuku answers, which causes the person to stop their movements, dropping the nail file as well. They look up to Izuku with an eyebrow raised and their face coming closer with every passing second.
Izuku suddenly becomes disturbed and asks for space which the blond does grant. "From the LoV right? Year 20xx was the year you joined?"
Izuku nods, impressed and slightly scared about how this person had all his information and how it was all correct. "You joined around February too, right?" He nods once again, only remembering the detail once they brought it up.
"Alright, nice to finally meet you Izuku!" They hold their hand out for the latter to take, but Izuku makes no movement to.
"How do you know so much about me?" He asks.
"Why wouldn't I? We never met formally, but I've been told of you and things about you." They explain, retracting their hand at his decline to shake it.
"What's your name?" He demands weakly, his voice faltering at his question.
"No need to be scared, little Izu," they explain. "My name's Tide!"
