"Ugh! My life is horrible!" Kendra complains, slumping on the couch in her apartment.
"Kendra, it's OK, we've gotten through worse, we'll get through this." Her best friend Rebecca Falls says. "We both knew it was going to be hard, but look at us! We managed to get through college with scholarships and not owe a single cent in debt! That's awesome. But you know the art industry is super hard to get into, but you are still trying."
Rebecca leans forward to grab a chip from the bowl on the table. "Kendra, not many people can do what we have done, I think we're amazing."
"Sure mayb-" Kendra starts but is interrupted by someone knocking at the front door.
"Can you get that Becca?" Kendra asks, and Rebecca stands up to grab it. After a minute, she rushes back into the room, a smile on her face.
"Kendra, it's for you."
