childe jolt up from his bed, panting like crazy while sweating buckets. this time he is earlier than the alarm. he got up to check the calendar and sighed. "is this a fucking joke? why am i living the same day over and over?" he said before getting ready for school.
this time he is early, so he didn't see if diluc is actually there today by the gate. diluc did appear, he introduced himself the same and sat next to him. he didn't give diluc any mind, not a word, nothing. maybe if he doesnt talk to diluc, then diluc wouldn't die again. day ended, nothing happened, but for the rest of the day childe was nowhere near diluc. he is always in his eyesight but he didnt actually come up and talk to him. why? he thought for the whole day while waiting for something from diluc.
why does he feel so distant? why does this stranger being so cold towards him? as if there's something that's holding him back? diluc decided to go to ask childe on the way home.
