Painting (Part 5)

Everything was spinning as I tried to use logic on what I saw, but nothing worked. Until I came to the conclusion "It was just a dream." 

I took another sick day, so I didn't have to go to work. I didn't have enough energy to deal with my boss's sensual intentions. 

I go about my day, cleaning and working in my art studio. After cleaning I go back to my studio and start a new project. Setting up a 20×40in canvas and getting my favorite paints out as well as some paintbrushes. As I paint a wave of tranquility washes over me. As I relax into this feeling I take more time into painting every detail of the flowers and grass. 

~~~~Time skip~~~~~ 

"*sigh* Finished smiling at my work. I stay proudly staring at it, scanning every intricate color and shape of the landscape I created. As I stared at the painting my calm feeling was soon blown away by the sense of deja vu. Squinting at my work I try to figure out where that feeling is coming from. I can't seem to figure it out, so I just brush it off. 

"That's a beautiful paint Will"

"Oh Thank you." I replied smiling, my smile soon faded as I realized no one was in here but me. I start to panic. "This can't be happening, This isn't real You're Not Real!" 

"Woah woah, calm down." 

I take a few deep breaths trying to compose myself. "Good good, Now what your calm I bet you and some sort of an explanation huh?" I nod. "Ok, where should I begin? Ah yes It all started..."

"I was once a normal, mortal, teenager named Lily. Born to a wealthy family on an island that is now known as Japan. I was of royal dynasty, this meant that my family and I were greatly known and respected among the townsfolk." 

"I was an adventurous girl. So one day, I wandered through the woods behind my home. I then came across a clearing. It was beautiful, the clearing had copious amounts of flowers such as: Spider lilies, Hydrangeas, and Japanese camellias. Those flowers are my favorites, so I decided to lay among them. I dozed off a bit, but I then woke up to the sound of a twig snapping. I thought nothing of it because it could easily be an animal of the sort, so I dozed off once again. Not knowing that was the last I'd awake."

I was shocked. "Wow, all that really happened."

"Yes, but it was very long ago. Anyway, you're welcome." 

"What?"

"Your welcome, I said your painting was beautiful earlier and you said thank you."

"Oh yeah"
