This one's real short but I got a new phone and couldn't log into Wattpad for a while :/ anyways happy Cuphead Show day :]

Mugman had been preparing for an hour, steeping tea to keep himself awake, getting his post-it's and pens sorted by color on one side of his desk and stacking his textbooks on the other. He was ready for another night of driving himself mad with rereading the same pages he'd read days ago. And Cuphead, trying to support his brother's work, already put their baby sister to bed before dozing off himself.

However, as if on cue, the cries of a tired sippy cup rang in the living room just as he got in his seat. But surely Cuphead could deal with it, right?

Mug opened the first book in the stack, trying to ignore his instinct to run our his sister, as surely, his brother would help. He flicked through the pages of some old archive, tapping his foot to keep himself distracted.

Her wee cries grew, affirming that Cuphead was, in fact, not going to help.

Turning off his room light, Mugman crept out to the crib and scooped up the poor baby. He rocked his sister in his arms, pacing quietly around the living room.

If he remembered correctly, Cup was supposed to put a teething ring in the fridge. Mug ambled his way to the kitchen, bouncing and whispering baby-babbling to the sippy cup along the way.

And thankfully, his luck had not failed him. He plucked the plastic ring out of the freezer and gently put it in his sister's mouth. Immediately, the baby gripped and chewed it, eyes already half-closed. Mugman sighed and walked back to set her in her crib.
