"I don't need your help, and I don't want it," Elena argued, eyebrows furrowed as she stuck slightly to the left of Stefan and confronted the identical woman.

"And that's incredibly stupid of you."

Eden looked at the two females who looked exactly alike and scratched the back of her head – silent. She personally was struggling to divide her emotions of Elijah being stabbed and Klaus still somewhere out there unknown to all of them.

She didn't even want to deal with what was happening right now, all she knew was that when Elijah died Katherine was let out of the tomb and came the Salvatore Boarding house to throw it in their faces.

"Do you know where Klaus is? When he's coming, what he looks like?" Katherine questioned them, tilting her head to the side with a smirk.

The strawberry-blonde's expression dropped to one of annoyance at the clear taunt the vampire woman had proposed to the four of them– watching as Damon stalked up from behind the person he used to love.

Eden was silently glad that Damon no longer felt anything for the woman, unlike so long ago when Damon went to sacrifice everything for the two hundred and something year old vampire.

"If you know something, say it or get out," Damon urged, distaste clear on his face and subconsciously moving to put himself between the potential threat and his adored Australian friend.

"Fine, then I'll just go to the Grill and have some lunch, maybe Aunt Jenna's free for a bite," the doppelganger threatened, a toothy grin on her face as she locked eyes with her descendant.

The strawberry-blonde could tell that Katherine knew the exact buttons to press to get exactly what she wanted from them, and she hated it.

Eden went to move forward, her anger rising up at the ignorance of the vampire – only to be stopped by familiar hands placed gently on her side.

"It's not worth it," Damon insisted, Eden turning her head to the side and locking eyes with the raven-haired creature.

Eden caved in, removing Damon's hands from herself and looked towards Elena who was busy glaring at her ancestor - probably wishing her a painful death.

The irritated Australian stormed out of the house and towards Damon's car, snatching her bag from the front door where it usually lay as she went.

If she was going to deal with more annoying people today and with what was happening, she was going to get Damon to drop her off at the high school.

"Why can't Mystic Falls be Mystic Falls without all the vampires and werewolves and other crazy creatures that I might not know exist, hm?" Eden questioned, leaning her head against the headrest.
