I wrote something.

It started as something I was doing for myself— to help me deal with my own feelings— but I felt that this needed to be shared. I felt like maybe this could help somebody else better understand that what they're feeling so okay and valid.

I've had a tough time today and decided to make a bullet-point list of things to remind myself.
