8. Another Dream...

George went home, to an empty palace, and slept once again, everything was too much and tired him.

He awoke again, in the God's space.
"George!! My Beloved! You now have full access to this space, our first step towards our marriage!" XD told him, George wasn't going to hesitate anymore, this was what he needed to do.

"Yeah, that's right... Can we spend some time together? And just relax...? Today has been very long..." George asked, knowing XD probably knew it all.

XD smiled, "Of course! Anything for you my future Angel." He told him, picking him up and bringing them both to a sheltered forest area.

There were trees, a bright blue sky, flowers, and small mushrooms, XD put the boy down, as they just talked.

George was actually awake, not dreaming with everything... XD mostly talked about his old days with HD, it sounded a lot like Dream and George's current situation.

Dream was normally out gathering things or fighting, XD use to fight with humans and go out for things. George normally stayed home, sleeping or otherwise, and apparently HD did too.

It was no surprise the couples were so alike, almost like they were exactly modelled to be.

"You know... HD helped me make you and your boyfriend, that probably explains it. He put almost a half of his soul into you. That's why I've been after you." XD admitted, George blushed, it all made sense now.

XD truly loved that side of George, and was willing to love all parts of George and George finally saw that someone could love him without leaving.

Could everyone, even if they're like George, be loved?

George found it hard to believe so, but someone truly loved him and wouldn't leave.

George was loved, and he would love.

George smiled, feeling happy in a way he couldn't understand. XD made George feel this way, so George could love him.

The God and the Boy continued to talk for a while, it was a comforting, nice talk. George wouldn't need to worry about anything again. He felt safe here, he felt safe with XD, he was safe here, he was safe with XD.

He just didn't see it before. He didn't see how safe he could be with XD...
He was happy there, finally...
