Jackson and Serenity(harmony)

"Why do I enjoy this.. "

She brushed off the situation with a laugh. Stupid guard.. Whatever, I need to get on with telling them how this works.

"Follow me, I have to show you the path you will be taking for patrol."

I start walking throughout the castle, this specific area has the most land to cover, even going into the courtyard for a moment. Harmony follows me the whole way and all the way back to the room we started in.

"Hopefully you memorized that path, I won't be going with you the next days I'm with you. You have to do it alone."

If she said anything after i wasnt listening, I closed my eyes and flopped my cat ears around, they felt funky. I wiggled them in a pattern, left ear down, right ear down, then both back up. Switching it up sometimes.

After a moment I heard footsteps behind me, and then someone touching my ears- they both perked up and I just stood there.

"What the fuck."

"What?"

"Those are my ears."

"I know, im not blind."

"Why. Touch. Ears."

"They looked soft."

I batted away her hands and turned around. Then I hissed at them 😌💅 I didn't feel proud for too long though, Harmony pulled me closer and restrained my hands- Jesus why me.

I looked up at Harmony's face, she went back to petting my ears after she made sure I couldn't move my hands.. After a moment she looked at me with a smug grin.

I felt a chill rush over my body- What in the actual fuck is happening.

I closed my eyes tightly and tilted my head down.

"Did you really think I would listen to you?"

I didn't know how to respond to that.. We sat there for a good three minutes. The petting was staring to get to me, anytime I've been pet it usually calms me down, I hate it.

My body relaxed a bit and I started to purr- not again-

My mind went blank, the only thing on it being how good the petting felt. My purring getting louder every couple of seconds.

"Harmony, s-stop it."

"That purring means you want me to do otherwise. Shut up and let me have my moment and enjoy it."

Fuck, fuck, fuck, She's not wrong and I hate that. But if I don't listen maybe she'll stop, I dont want that..

".. Yes Ma'am."

I couldn't think on anything else to say- what I'd wrong with me.

"No talking back eh? I'm starting to like you. Good kitty~"

What-.. I'm stunned, I feel my face get hotter. Why is it doing that, am I getting sick?
