Calm down [hurt comfort?]

Trigger Warnings: Panic attack
Set: After season 11
Prompt: When Mickey comes out of the bathroom after his shower he see his husband in a not so pretty state.

Enjoy! This is a pretty short story sorry.

Mickey turned off the shower stepping on the fluffy carpet. He wrap a towel around his waist before passing his hand over the steam on the mirror. He replace his messy drippy hair before picking up his toothbrush. He place some toothpaste on it brushing his teeth. He trow the towel in the corner of the room and he then put the pair of boxer he bring inside and the pair of jeans. To finish off a white tee-shirt.

Mickey walked out of the washroom his eyes landing on Ian. Ian pacing around in the room clutching at his hair. Ian's red puffy cheeks. Ian hyperventilating. Ian panicking.

Mickey quickly made his way to Ian putting his hand on Ian shoulder stopping him from pacing around. This seemed to happened a lot more. Since Frank died Ian seemed to be paranoid.

"Ian. Ian I need you to breath with me, okay?"

Mickey took both of Ian's hand making him stop clutching at his hair. He than put a hand on Ian's cheek before imitating a steady breathing. The younger one quickly understood Mickey wanted for him to copy. Ian started imitating Mickey his breath stuttering every once in a while.

"Calm down, okay? You're okay. Everything is okay."

A few minutes later Ian was wrapped up in Mickey's arm laying on the couch. Mickey slowly stroking Ian's hair whispering little 'you're okay' or 'everything is okay'. Small hiccups escaping Ian's lips from time to time.

"Want to tell me what happened?" Mickey asked. Ian let out a breath as he looked up. "I-it just since Frank died..I don't know. I just feel like you or Lip or Debbie could just..die leaving me alone.."

Ian quickly buried his face in Mickey's chest feeling tears escape his eyes even if he didn't want them to.

"Ian..everything is okay. I'm still young, Frank was old and an alcoholic. No one will die now. We're young Ian.."
