Yeji's pov
It was Valentine's day today and I was planning on confessing my feelings to my childhood best friend y/n, she was going to visit the JYPE building in a bit and I already had everything planned.
I was currently in a dance room with Ryujin, Lia, Chaeryeong and Yuna, they were helping me with what to say and how to say it and right now was going like a total disaster, i'm sure y/n is almost here and I still haven't figured it out a perfect way to say it.
"Okay so what about we dance a little, maybe we will come up with an idea" Lia shouted the okay.
"Yeah that's a good idea" I said and that's what we did. We put some songs on and after 5 songs someone was clapping from the front door, we all looked to see who it was and it was Y/n she had 5 flower bouquets in her hand.
She got in and we all surrounded her, everyone was pretty close to Y/n since she came here often just to visit me.
"Hey guys I bought everyone flowers, no boyfriend or girlfriend but I'm the best friend you guys ever had and brought y'all flowers so you can say you have a Valentine's" She gave everyone their flowers with different colors and she gave as last red flowers. I couldn't help but feel a little sad at the thought she didn't want me to be her Valentine's.
After a while of them catching up and me sitting apart a little quiet, they decided to go to the cafeteria and y/n stayed with me. I didn't even want to confess anymore because I know that she will reject me.
"Heyy is everything okay? You look a little sad today, did anything happen?" She asked with a concerned tone of voice, i looked directly at her in the eyes and she blushed cutting the eye contact.
"No nothing happened i-is just" I sighed getting ready to what i was going to say next "it's just that... I thought you wanted me to be your Valentine today" She chuckled so I looked at her with furrowed eyebrows.
"I do want you to be my Valentine silly" She said.
"Then why did you give everyone flowers?" I asked a little upset.
"Yeji each person had a color, you got red for a reason" I didn't understand what she was trying to say.
"What do you mean?" I asked.
"The color red in flowers mean desire and admiration, I want you to be my Valentine for years and years till we get old, I wanna be there for you in your good and bad times, I wanna be there to support you during your concerts and I wanna be there when you get home and need the most comfort" She smiled at me and I was blushing hard at this point that I thought i should hide it so I hide my face with my hands causing her to chuckle.
"Are you asking me to be your girlfriend?" I was still hiding.
"Yes I am Hwang Yeji" She was just making me blush harder but something in my body decided to take action and once I noticed i jumped on y/n and connected our lips together.
Once both of us needed air we pulled away and smiled at each other.
"I'll tale that as a yes" Y/n broke the silence and I just nodded.
I was so happy that the girl I've loved for mg entire life was finally mine.
