A few days after the election, I was in Granny's diner with Alexa and it was our brake. I was having a tea and Alexa had her original coffee. As we talked or Alexa complain about homework, Ruby came over to us but her usual confident self was a bit nervous. Not good.

"Hey, Lex." Ruby says. She only calls her Lex if she has a favour to ask.
"What do you want?" Alexa says, wanting to get straight to the point.
"I've got a favour to ask." I knew it.
"Go on."
"But you've got to promise not to say no straight away."
"Ok."
"I want you to work on your birthday." Oh this ain't gonna be good.
"Fuck off." Ruby gives Alexa a looking saying 'seriously'. "Well I wasn't aloud to say no, was I?" Ruby just roles her eyes and leaves. I laugh slightly, then I got a text from mum.
Regina: Hi Sweetheart can you pick up Henry for me please.
Me: Sure from where??
Regina: Mary Margret's.
Me: Oh ok. See you soon.
I put my phone in my bag then turn to Alexa. "I got to go pick up Henry. Mum's orders." I say standing up.
"Cool." She then stands up and grabs her empty coffee mug. We walk to the counter and pass it to Ruby. "Let's go." Alexa then walks out of the door and I follow after. We get out of Granny's and walk down the street.
"You didn't have to come you know." I say.
"Are you kidding me? We survived a fire and a mine-fall. Not to mention the countless amount of times we had to look for Henry cause he's ran off to his castle or Boston. Do you really think imma let you pick him alone, exceptionally with the amount of bad luck we've had for a while." She answers.
