"Morning Ammie and Alexa. What can I get for you girls?" He asks.
"I need some flowers for my mum." Ammie says.
"And I need some for myself, because I'm single and Ruby finds roses trashy." Alexa says.
"Of course." Mr Mole says and passes a red rose bouquet to Alexa and a white rose bouquet to Ammie.
"Thank you Mr Mole." Ammie says as both girls give him the money for the roses.
"It's no problem girls." Mr Mole says.
"Yes well. Payment for a bunch of flowers are running low. Now aren't they." Mr Gold says.
"I'll give your money soon Mr Gold. I promise." Mr Mole pleads.
"Unfortunately, I don't negotiate with payment. Take the van." Mr gold says. Another man goes to get van.
"No wait. It's Valentines day tomorrow." Mr Mole says.
"Exactly. Can't you give him until tomorrow Mr Gold?" Alexa says.
"No." Gold says simply.
"It's one day." Ammie argues.
"I'm sorry dearies, but that's not how I work." Mr Gold argues.
"How much does he owe you?" Ammie asks.
"Not your concern. Girls, this is business. You'll understand when you're older." Mr Gold says.
"Je me demande s'il comprendrait à quel point je suis sur le point de le gifler." Ammie says. (I wonder if he'd understand about how I am close to slapping him in the face.)
