Yugioh Oneshot Book

{~Dumon X Reader: Fluff~}

A/N: I'm going to be using Y/N when doing character x reader and it basically just means "Your Name" for anyone that didn't know. Or I may use 'You' or 'Your' instead of Y/N all the time."

Dumon never really understood the feeling of being loved or being in  love as he never really did experience it during his past life and his current life after the whole Barian incident that happened ages ago. Though his girlfriend Y/N, L/N made him understand some aspect of this unknown emotion.  "Hey Y/N. What is love to you?" Dumon asked his girlfriend one day as they were walking together whilst holding hands.

"Well since you asked I'll tell you. There are two types of  love: family love and romantic love. Family love is being cared about and looked after by those who you know. For example my family care a lot about me and they love me so much. Romantic love is basically being when two people who like each other a lot get together becoming a couple and possibly getting married in the future," Y/N explained as Dumon seemed to have understood the basics of what love is and he was glad to have a loving girlfriend.

They both arrived at the park where they met up with their friends; Yuma, Tori, Kite, Shark, Quattro, Trey, Quinton and the rest of the former Barian Emperors. "Hey Y/N, Dumon. Glad you guys could make it," Yuma said as there was a duel going on between Shark and Quattro. It was the fourth turn as Shark had 2800 life points left and Quattro had 1900 life points left.

"Looks like Reginald is winning as of now but it seems that Thomas could still make a comeback if he draws the card that he needs," Quinton pointed out as Quattro drew a card and smirked  because he drew the card that he needed to turn the duel around. After that turn, Quattro managed to win the duel against Shark and the two joined the rest of their friends who had prepared a picnic for everyone.

Once they had finished the picnic everyone headed into different directions and made their way home. Y/N and Dumon headed straight back to their shared apartment as Dumon had prepared a movie night for the two of them and he was going to make a special dinner for them.

The day slowly slipped into night as the couple were snuggled in a blanket which was shared among themselves and they both had begun watching a movie together whilst eating snacks that Y/N had brought.

Halfway through the movie Y/N had fallen asleep as Dumon turned down the volume of the Tv so that his girlfriend could sleep properly and moved the snacks onto the coffee table in front of them. As Y/N slept peacefully, Dumon smiled as he planted a kiss on his lover's cheek and he snuggled next to Y/N.

Turning the Tv completely off so that the noise wouldn't distract them from going to sleep, Dumon put his arms around Y/N as he snuggled into his lover's shoulder and he slowly drifted off to sleep. He was glad to have such an amazing and loving lover as he know understood what it was like to love someone so dearly.  That was the definition of love.
