Lia's P.O.V.

"Hey, so are you G ba mamaya?"

Bungad agad sa akin ni Andrea sa telepono.

"I'm still unsure Dre, I'm really not in the mood but I'll call you later na lang if pupunta ko." I answered her.

I heard her loud sigh from the other line.

"Lia, I'm not gonna buy that answer. Bawal ang di pumunta. You need to relax you know. 'Wag puro trabaho. And besides di ba wala kang jowa? Now is the perfect time to manhunt."

She replied, emphasizing the word 'bawal'.

"Ouch Dre, hahaha I honestly want to go if I have a choice but I still have pile of things to do. And... I'm not in a hurry to find a jowa, it will come at the right time." I reasoned to her.

"Sineryoso mo na yata one hundred pesos bet nating no jowa until mag 21. Girl, 24 ka na. Pero you know what, it's your choice naman din I'm just worried na you'll not find a suitable man." She said with a concerned voice.

"No, it's okay I appreciate your concern. For now, my main focus is my career. So what time tayo tonight?"

"Wait, you'll go na!? Yessss!!!" I heard her screech. "The set time is 7 pm sharp. Do not be late Lia, whoever's late will pay the bill. Understand? And sabay sabay na rin tayong mag-dinner to catch up, what do you think?"

"Sounds good. Don't worry, I'm not gonna be late. By the way, is Thel and Jas gonna be there?"

"Yeah, girl, kaya dapat pumunta ka. Minsan na nga lang tayo magkatime you'll gonna ditch us pa."

"Okay okay, I will not gonna ghost you, hahaha. Anyway, Dre, I need to go, need to finish this school works. I'll just see you later!"

"Sure, see you Li, bye!"
