Purpose: Is your character for an RP, an original story centered around them, a fanfic where they are a side character, created from a design/adopt? Is your character meant as a sort of lighthearted joke character? Or for a more serious purpose? How did you come to create this character? Was it a random idea that sparked in your head? Was it a character story element you wanted to write in a character?
Fandom: Fandoms I am familiar with are listed in the last chapter, of course, there are many I can't quite list off the top of my head, so feel free to ask! Or, is your character a literal "original character"? If so, give some information about the universe their story takes place in! Also, if it is an alternative universe of a fandom, explain as well.
Name: Your character's full name. Do they have any aliases? Nicknames? Why were they named these? Are they most often known as a name, and their real name kept as a secret? Who named them? I would not deduct or add points for names, unless really unoriginal or really creative and well thought out.
Gender*: What gender was your character born as? What gender do they identify as? Pronouns?
Sexuality*: Very simple, I should not have to explain.
Age: What is their real age in terms of their birth? Please do not say "unknown" because as the creator of the character, you should know, though you could say no one in-universe knows. Of course, it can also be a vague estimate for very old characters. What is their physical age, or the age they look? What is their mental age, or the age they act?
Species: For most fandoms, human or some other creature? For fandoms like WoF, please specify tribe(s). This will only be looked at with backstory and appearance.
Personality traits: Please go in depth, and not just a few words. Of course, I am fine with you listing a bunch of words, but I appreciate it when people also explain a bit, as some traits can appear differently in different characters. VERY IMPORTANT PART FOR GRADING! And no, clumsy is not a character personality flaw.
Appearance: Either describe, or insert an image (that is clear). If they switch between outfits, describe the general style they prefer to wear, or they wear a lot.
Affiliation: Who do they ally with? Like for Naruto, what village do they currently live in, if any. Like for Genshin, do they live in a nation as a citizen, or are they some sort of traveler/Fatui agent? This also includes occupation, like what they do for a living. Of course, they can also be a normal student in a normal school in a normal universe.
Backstory: Go in depth. Not only from the moment they were born, but also explain their ancestors (which I mean parents and grandparents), explain their family. This goes from back from when their parents met, to the point where their story "starts". Or basically, when you started writing about them. Like until the age you just said above.
Future: What happens after their story begins? Or in some cases, when the main character's story begins. Do they end up with someone? Do they get their happy ever after ending, or do they live to rot in some prison or die? Basically, what happens in their story.
Relationships: Who are they friends with? What are their friendships like? Who do they dislike or hate? Or who hates or dislikes them? How do they deal with that? Love interests? How do they interact with their friends, family, enemies, s/o, etc. This includes past ones. Of course, you do not have to explain again if you have already explained some in Backstory or Future. What are their families like? etc.
Abilities: What are their powers? Like for WoF, what tribe abilities do they posses? Like for SW, are they Force-Sensitive? What techniques do they use? Lightsaber forms? For most fandoms, how do they fight, if at all? For MHA, what is their quirk? How do they use it? How strong are they in these abilities, or do they not use them? How good are they with them, or how good are they at fighting overall? This also includes what weapon(s) they use (if any at all), and if there is something special about them. How they got these abilities (ex: Genshin visions) also belongs here!
Other: Optional, but for any information you feel would not categorize as any of the ones above.

Just a word of caution, I consider myself to be rather strict.
Interest -/10
How interesting is this character to me? Would it be boring for me to read a story about this character?
Flow -/10
Does every thing in this character add up, or do some details contradict each other? (ex: got abused as a kid and came out perfectly fine with no issues at all) (ex: is both very extroverted and anti-social)
Realistically -/10
How realistic is this character? Is it possibly for some one to have this personality, etc. irl?
Sue-ness -/10
Based off of the common viewpoints of what counts as a Mary/Gary Sue. This rating completely ignores the "Purpose" field, so this rating can be chosen to be ignored.
Originality -/10
How original is this character? Do they just seem like a carbon copy of an already existent character but with different fandom, gender, etc.?
Cleverness/Creativity -/10
Are there details that are really clever, like the reason for the name of the character? If there is nothing that catches my eye for clever or really creative, I will give a minimum of 5/10.
Total: -/10
I will all score together, divide by 5 or 4 and that is the total. The Sue-ness score is not taken into account for the total. Mind you its gonna be reallyyyyyy hard to get above 9/10 by my standards.
