The next day
Cam
I call Asra. They pick up immediatly. "Cam? What's up?"
"Can we meet up? At David's in twenty minutes?"
"Uhm...okay?"
"See you."
They hang up.

"Hey!" Asra comes over to me.
"Uhm...hey."
They sit down.
I fold my hands. "I love you, Asra."
"Yeah, I love you, too..."
"I love you as my best friend."
"You want to break up with me?"
"I want everything to be like it used to be."
"It's because of the girl from yesterday, isn't it."
"It would be foolish to lie, so...I say yes."
They nod. "We said, if it doesn't work out, we'll let it be, right?"
"Right."
"Go to her, as long as it's possible."
"Really?"
"Yes, go to her! I want you to be happy." I pay quickly and take my bag.
"Bye, friendbug!", I say.
They smile. "Good luck, Thumper!"

deliagm: Yeah, why?
camluvscoffee: I have to see you.
deliagm: Okay?
camluvscoffee: At the beach, 5pm. I'll be waiting.
deliagm: I'll be there.

I spread out a picnic blanket, put pillows and some LED's on it. Now only one thing's missing - Delia.
deliagm: I'm here.
I stand up. It's already dawning.
I see her. Walking over to me in a white linen dress. My heart starts beating faster.
"Hi", she says.
"Hi."
"Wow, that's beautiful."
"You look beautiful."
"Why was I supposed to come here?"
"Isn't it obvious?"
She smiles.
"I broke up with Asra."
"Wow...that's..."
"I don't know what you are used to...dates on the eiffel tower? I can never live up to your standards...but I'm asking you...am I enough for you?"
Tears running over her cheeks. "Of course, you are."
"Am I enough...to be your girlfriend."
"You're always enough. More than enough."
"Then, I ask you, Delia Graham...do you want to be my girlfriend?"
"I'd love nothing more than to be your girlfriend."
"Then, I ask you...can I kiss you?"
She nods. "Yeah."
I grab my hands in Delia's hair and kiss her. Her lips on mine. My lips on hers.
