The Academy
Kakashi and Rin are sitting in class as Rin says "He's late to the graduation exams?"
"I knew he was an idiot but come on 😒," says Kakashi.
Obito rushes in shouting shouting "I'm sorry everyone!"
"You're late! 💢," shouts Kakashi and Rin.
"Sorry I was late guys, something came upon the road of life," says Obito.
"Liar💢!" shouts Kakashi.
"No seriously, Lady Mikoto let me hold her son Itachi, he was so cute😁," says Obito as he flashbacks;
"'The Uchiha Compound
Obito rushes through the Uchiha Compound thinking 'I'm late, I'm late, I'm so late' as Mkoto steps out with a 1 yr old Itachi in her arms staring at the sky as she calls out "Obito, could you do me a favour🥱?"
Obito stops and asks "What do you need Lady Mikoto🤨?"
"Could you hold Itachi for a second?" asks Mikoto.
"You sure that's okay😨?" asks Obito.
"Of course, you might be a bit clumsy but you're always reliable when it counts🙂," says Mikoto as she passes Itachi over to Obito who takes him gently and starts rocking him as Itachi falls asleep in his arms and Mikoto starts hanging up the washing.
"You know your way around children, whoever she is, she's a lucky girl😉," says Mikoto as Obito blushes with Rin popping into his mind for a second.
"Please don't tease me Lady Mikoto😡," insists Obito.
"Itachi is always so curious, if I set him down for too long he starts wandering off😤," says Mikoto.
"Don't worry, I'll make sure he doesn't stray too far👍," says Obito.
"Can you do me another favour Obito?" asks Mikoto.
"What is it?" asks Obito.
"Whatever Itachi wants to be or do in the future, can you help him?" asks Mikoto.
"Why ask me and not someone like Kakashi?🤨" asks Obito.
"Because I know you have a kind heart so I feel I can't trust anyone else with this," says Mikoto.
"He'll make a great Shinobi, just like his parents😁," says Obito.
"That's sweet of you," says Mikoto.
"And when I'm the Hokage, I'll leave a spot open for him to succeed me," says Obito.
"Hakage?🤨" asks Mikoto.
"I don't know why but I feel like that might be something we have in common in the future😁," says Obito.
"If Itachi becomes the kind of person you are, I'd be the happiest mother in the world😌," says Mikoto.
"Thanks, Lady Mikoto," says Obito as Mikoto finishes the laundry and Obito hands Itachi back to Mikoto and says "I'll be off then" as he leaves and Mikoto thinks 'He'll make a great Hokage.'"
The Academy
"I wish you'd told me about that so I could've come along😫," says Rin pouting.
"Sorry, maybe next time Rin," says Obito.
