The next day...
Siena went to check something with Diego at the warehouse and the others were having breakfast.
"Buongiorno Diego." Siena said
"Hola Siena, ¿y en qué puedo ayudarte hoy?" Diego smiled
Siena pulled her T-shirt up and showed Diego the wound from when they were on the mission to save Lorenza when she showed Diego it was infected and she told him it was sore and that the wound had gotten bigger and infection spread around it. He sat her down on the stretcher
"Cosa è successo. Pensavo che quando l'ho intonacato, sarebbe stato protetto, sembra così brutto e da quanto tempo è stato infettato?" He asked
"I have no idea, I just couldn't sleep during the night and I think it was forming slowly," Siena said in pain and pressed on it
"Does Enzo know about this?" Diego asked
Siena shook her head.
"No he doesn't and I don't plan on telling him, he's already got too much on his plate," Siena said
"Siena you know he's going to find out," Diego said observing the wound
"Yeah I know, but it's just if I tell him he will shut me out and he will just be angry," Siena said in pain
"No that's ridiculous Enzo would never shut you out he would kill me if he found out I knew about this because he would kill for you," Diego said
"Yep, that's the man I'm going to marry this weekend." Siena chuckled
"Yeah, well it is all patched up and I will give you the painkillers for the wound and I took care of the infection," Diego said standing up
"I hope the bleeding slows down because I lost a lot of blood and it was gushing out," Siena said
"I don't know what's wrong? I cleaned it thoroughly and let's just hope it gets better." Diego said
"Fuck that hurts," Siena complained out of breath
"Do not press on the wound so much, I already took care of it," Diego said
Lorenzo was outside and he was talking to Mateo and Xander, asking them about the wedding and where Siena was but he spotted her with Diego in the warehouse and Diego checking the wound again. He heard them talking about Siena's wound...
"Ciao mia principessa, come stai? Va tutto bene?" Lorenzo asked in worry
"Sì, non preoccuparti, starò bene?" Siena said
"Okay, I was worried because you weren't there when I woke up and I saw drops of blood on the floor in the bathroom and it looked darker than usual," Lorenzo said hugging her
"Oh, Enzo before you guys leave I need a sample of your blood to give to Siena because she lost a lot of blood," Diego said getting the injection
Lorenzo sat down whilst Diego was taking the samples of blood and injecting them into Siena.
"No everything is fine, I'll go wait for you in the car with Santiago so we can leave," Siena said
Siena gave Lorenzo a small and quick kiss on the cheek before she left the warehouse and departed to sit in the car that Santiago was already waiting outside for them. In the meantime, Lorenzo and Diego were talking about Siena.
"Diego is everything okay like is she okay," Lorenzo said
Diego remained quiet and Lorenzo noticed the way he was getting nervous.
"Diego, please tell me!" Lorenzo said
"Okay fine, she came to me this morning and complained that it was painful and it doesn't look good, her wound is infected and it looks as if the infection has caused the wound to be bigger by it spreading around the wound, but I gave her some painkillers and I'll check on her later on," Diego explained
