The next morning, Siena woke up with pain in her diaphragm, just below her ribs, and she went to the bathroom panting. Lorenzo woke up and asked if she was okay and she said yes but it didn't look like it after that Lorenzo called Diego and everyone else to come down here.

"Shit, why does it hurt so much," Siena said under her breath

"Princesa, are you okay?" Lorenzo asked with concern

He woke up to find drops of blood leading to the bathroom sink then he saw her... Siena cleaned her nose from the blood that was coming out of her nose uncontrollably then dry blood going down her leg which he assumed was period blood. Lorenzo did not hesitate to call Diego...

"Diego, ho bisogno di tutti voi sul primo volo per la Francia, c'è qualcosa che non va a Siena e lei ha bisogno di voi." Lorenzo ordered

He hung up the phone and undressed Siena and turned the water on for her in the bath, he helped her in and bathed her.

"It's okay mi Amor, it will be okay Princesa I already called Diego and your brothers, and Alessandro; Salvatore; Santiago, and Luca and the twins are coming along for support," Lorenzo said kissing her forehead

"I don't know what's going on with me, why have I been having problems with my body ever since I came back." Siena cried

"Shhh, it will be okay, you must be weak from leaving us, probably the infection and the miscarriage must have been too much to handle," Lorenzo said

"No, quando ho partorito i gemelli stavo bene e ho avuto l'aborto spontaneo, il mio corpo non era debole." Siena said falling

She was about to pass out but Lorenzo caught her and he fell to his knees until was on his knees, so she wouldn't hit her head. He checked her old wound that had the infection and it was fine and healed but not completely. Diego called Lorenzo just as he was about to click on his contact.

"Is everything okay!?" Diego asked swiftly

"No, when I woke up so saw blood going all the way to the bathroom sink and she is still having nose bleeds, it's coming out and it's not stopping, also with dry blood going down her leg, I don't know what to do and she's about to pass out." Lorenzo panicked

"Diego? Diego!" Lorenzo shouted over the phone

The connection was bad since they were on a plane so the call was cut and Lorenzo lost it, but he took Siena to the hospital because that's what he assumed Diego would've told him to do.

An hour later...

Diego and the rest arrived at the hospital and Diego went to speak with the doctor to tell her that Siena was his patient and he was her family doctor. Santiago ran as fast as he could to the ICU and saw Siena and Lorenzo sitting beside her bed...

"Enzo! What happened?!" Alessandro said

"Mamá?" Lorenza said

"Lorenza go wait in the reception and go buy her food," Luca ordered

"Come on Renzi let's go get something to eat and then we can come back and wait in the reception for Mamá to wake up," Vincenzo murmured holding Lorenza and taking her to the café

Back in the ward, where Diego, Lorenzo, and Santiago were.

"I don't know she just started bleeding out of her nose nonstop, ever since this morning and her wound from the time we went to save Lorenza is fine, the infection is gone and the wound is closing, but she started having her period and it was bad, a lot of blood went down her leg and it's abnormal," Lorenzo said

Diego left and a few minutes later Lorenza and Vincenzo wanted to ask questions but didn't bother because he was in a rush, but after coming back from the information desk in the reception from organizing Siena's files, he came back with the nurses and they quickly rolled Siena out of the ICU and went straight into surgery. Diego couldn't go in so he talked to the guys and Lorenzo about her condition and told them what she had.
