Be careful, be careful
Be careful, don't slip
The more you ignore me
The tighter my grip
Check the time
Count the days
You'll not endure me
I have so many ways
So many ways to ruin it all
So many ways, but you won't cry
When I make you cringe, you'll realise
I won't stop until you die
I am not just in your head
I am in your soul
When you crawl into your bed
My work becomes a whole
I feast upon your mind
I gnaw at your thoughts
I make it more and more difficult
For you to connect the dots
People around you
The people for whom you care
All of them shall run
When what you have is laid bare
But not to worry, child
All of whom you care for
When you die a silent death
No tears of them will pour
All the girls you will ever love
All the kisses you will give
All shall be in vain
I make you do things no-one could forgive
I am the panic in your head
I am the fear in your heart
I am the sorrow in your soul
You and I will never part
I coil around your neck
My tail around your arm
No matter how you resist
You will inflict great harm
My scales are as dark as night
My eyes are as white as snow
My fangs are as sharp as swords
My venom delivers the killer blow
What you have is no condition
On that we can agree
You have no cure for what this is
All you have is me
