The Bird Messengers

Annie woke up the next day, meaning Izana told her to take it easy. She headed down to where Zen was, they would be having guests so she was told to meet him there. However she was later told that a girl wanted to make some blue birds messengers. She thought it would be an amazing idea. She instantly told Zen that it was a great idea. She loved animals and if they could use it, then it would be a great idea. When Shiriyuki entered, making the suggestion too, Zen instantly agree'd to getting it tested. She found herself petting the blue bird, it was adorable.

"May I suggest an assistant that will ring the bell though?" She asked.
"Yes I suppose that's fine." Zen nodded.
"Brother, if you don't mind, I would like to be at the other end also. With Shirayuki." She spoke up.
"That should be fine." Zen nodded.
"Would you be alright with me joining on?" She asked.
"Of course you can!" The girl nodded.

Zen spoke about how it would work. Instead of saying the assistant would sign it, he changed that.
"When there, the assistant will give the document to Princess Annie, she will sign it and the Assistant will do the rest." He then continued explaining it.

"There would usually only be 3 soldiers going to accompany them, however we have added another 2 for the safety of my sister." He spoke, continuing to speak. The Lord from before came too, which made her grow slightly worried. But either way, they soon arrived. She stayed down below with the Soldiers. It was for her own safety.

"Obi." She spoke.
"Yes Princess?" He asked.
"You should check on Shirayuki soon." She told him.
He nodded. "I will head up." He went inside after bowing at her.
"Shouting...." She mumbled. "I'm heading up too." She stated. The soldiers nodded, one following her. However when she saw Shiriyuki drop down off the tower, she watched Obi follow. She rushed upstairs as the guard up there said to the Lord that he was under arrest.

"Lord. I agree with this Soldier. After being stupid enough to disrupt this, you are under arrest." She told him.
"Tie him up and get him downstairs." She spoke, rushing downstairs as she grabbed a bit of paper, she grabbed a pen and put a note explaining what had happened. She was however waiting for the paper to sign it. Which she did when she had it, quickly signing it before Shirayuki sent it off. Shirayuki bandaged up her wrist before heading upstairs, whereas she stood watching the Lord, pissed off that he'd do such a thing. She stood waiting for her brother to get there. He soon arrived.

Mitsuhide walked over to her.
"Are you injured at all?" He asked.
"Thankfully no." She smiled. "I stayed down here with the Soldiers." She added. She soon however was helped back on her horse, but this time she went over to Zen, riding beside him. They got back to the castle before she was called to Prince Izana's office.

"Brother." She spoke.
"Your the one who put the arrest report in for the Lord." He stated.
"I was. I want him arrested." She spoke.
"Very well. Now be off, I belive you were going with Zen to the small town." He stated. She nodded and went off. They spoke about how the whole thing would be, however she couldn't help but feal like something happened with Zen and Shirayuki. She got on her horse and rode beside Zen, quite a bit infront of the others.

"Brother, If you don't mind me asking. What happened with you and Shirayuki in the watch tower?" She asked.
He sighed. "We kissed... Well I kissed her." He told her.
She lost controll of her horse. "Wait what?!" She asked.
"Hey! Keep controll of the horse!" He told her. She did. She instantly stopped talking about it as they arrived at the place. They walked up the many stairs and were given seats. Her and Zen given more comfortable ones. Kiki and Mitsuhide either sat on the floor or stood beside them. She stayed silent in the whole situation. However when they stopped talking, kids rushed in, amazed at it. They first went with Zen and then Mitsuhide. Then they noticed her.

"Wait, so your a Princess?" A kid asked her.
"Yeah, I am a Princess." She smiled. She spoke with the children for a while until it got too late. Mitsuhide went to speak to him about what happened in the Watch Tower. They soon however got back on their horses and headed back. She couldn't help but feal exhausted, in fact Mitsuhide had to prod her a few times while riding since she kept falling asleep. When they saw Obi and Shirayuki then she ran off. She just sighed. Of course the girl was embarresed about the whole kissing issue.

"I'm going to head back to the castle." She told Mitsuhide before riding back up to the castle. She saw a soldier before stopping next to him. He helped her down. "Mind taking my Horse back?" She asked.
"Of course, Princess." He smiled. She nodded and went up into the castle. She instantly went to her brothers room.

She saw guards infront of the doors, she however continued to walk up to the door, but when the two guards stopped her, she got confused.

"Sorry Princess, we cannot permit you to go inside at the moment." They spoke.
"I ask for you to let me go inside." She told them, quite annoyed they had stopped her.
"Sorry, we cannot." The one speaking gulped.
"You have five seconds." She stated. The guards looked at each other before moving out of the way, opening the doors and letting her inside before closing the doors again.

"Ah, Annie, it's good to see that you have more courage than Zen when it comes to the guards." He smiled at her, getting up and walking to the other side of the table, sitting against the desk. He looked at her in the eyes for a moment. He stepped up to her. "You look exhausted, why?" He asked.
"I didn't really get some sleep last night... Quite exhausted." She sighed. He just looked at her before taking her hand, leading her to his bedroom, which was just beside the study.
"Get some sleep, in a few days we have a festival, you have to look perfect, which means sleep." He told her.
"Night big brother..." She mumbled.
"Night." He smiled.
