A bit of Relax

Annie woke the next morning and headed down to her office. Today she had gone with a light blue thin dress that had long sleeves and went past her knees. She sat at her desk and instantly started doing the paperwork she was told to do. She finished most of it in a few minutes till Mitsuhide and Kiki walked into the office.

She looked up at them, confused where he brother was.
"Mitsuhide, Kiki, where is my brother?" She asked.
"We were hoping you'd know. He went on an errand apparently." Kiki said.
"You said he met a woman yesterday, the red head, correct?" She asked.
"Thats correct." Mitsuhide nodded.
"He's probably out seeing her then. Although I need some fresh air, perhaps I can watch you both train?" She suggested.
"Of course." They nodded and they all headed down to the grounds they usually faught at. Mitsuhide was training until Zen got there. He and Mitsuhide faught a bit before Kiki told him hopefully he would do his paperwork now. She sighed, realising Shirayuki, the girl who had become close to him, was convincing him to work hard. He went back to his work while she did also.

The next day, however Zen disapeared apparently to see Shirayuki again, apparently she hadn't been in touch. She didn't mind too much, her brother was catching fealings for a girl, she didn't mind seeing it.

The next day, she was called to Zen's room because he was working too hard.

"Zen, please stop. Your going to work yourself to death." She sighed.
"Perhaps you should get back to what you were doing, Annie, Shirayuki is coming, we'll see if she helps him." Kiki told her.
"Have someone inform me if anything changes." She sighed, walking out and past some students. A lot of people were in there for work and to learn, so watching them bow and go silent, it was nothing new. She sighed. She couldn't be bothered going back to her work, so she just walked straight out of the castle and down a pathway. She had a bit of a walk before going back to her office. She went into the other room and sat down on one of the many sofa's. grabbing a book and sitting as she read. Honestly, she didn't wish to do her paperwork so her reading instead was pretty normal.

It wasn't long before Mitsuhide walked inside her study.
"Oh hello there Mitsuhide, how can I help you?" She asked.
"I got told you've been couped up in here, wondered if you were alright." He spoke.
"I'm fine, just spending some time for myself." She smiled.
"I'll have some food sent up for you, how's fruit sound?" He asked.
"Sounds great, thank you." She smiled. He nodded and left.

A guard later came in and handed her a plate of fruit, which she put to the side to eat while she sort out some paperwork. Of course she spent most of her evening sorting it out. However, as more work came in, she knew she probably wouldn't be sleeping tonight.

That night, Annie went out of the castle around midnight for a walk. She didn't know why she went on a walk but she soon got to her room and slept, even if most of the paperwork wasn't yet done. She was however called into the medical wing apparently the examination stuff.

"You sent me a paper about the exam, what is it you need me for?" She asked.
"We'll just need to make sure that the people picked, won't be weird around you princess. That's all. You'll meet them all soon I'm sure." She told her. She nodded and left again, not wanting to get in the way of the exam. She went back to her study to finish the growing piles of work.
She had been doing it overnight, reading over the sheets before signing them or crossing them.

Shirayuki's view

Shirayuki had just been handed a few books.
"Once you finish the patient records, please read these. The Princes and Princesses Medical history, thought you might wanna look it over." Garak spoke.
Shirayuki wondered what she meant by Princess, did Zen have a sister? She questioned it. However was told that she had the closest relationship to Zen.
Shirayuki looked through Zen's medicine book first and then went to hers.

"Annie... Attacks... fights... Fevers... Falls... Sibling Rivalry... Three poisonings... Three stab wounds..."

She then moved to Zen's which seemed to be quite a bit more harsh than hears, but seeing as he had been alive longer, it hadn't been too much more.

Annie sighed as she coughed into her elbow for the fifteenth time in the last half an hour.
