Jennie's POV

My drive home with Lisa was fairly quiet... the good kind, y'know? We sat in the car in silence, yet it was very calming and comfortable. I think we reached a level of understanding today. Her friend Chaeyoung was bubbly, she loves to talk about food and I can see how dedicated she is with the work she does.

Walking into the penthouse, Lisa looked at me and smiled. I noticed that she was on her way to part with me for the night. On the other hand, I made my way to my room. Suddenly I remembered what Jisoo told me this morning, I need to make my coven believe in my authority and credibility as their leader. The only way to prove that is to make sure they know that I am stonger as ever, now that I have Lisa.. now that I have my mate again.

I took a deep breath, gathered all the strength I have and made my way over to Lisa's room. Moon goddess help me.. what if she's already asleep. When I got to her door, I spent a good ten minutes just walking back and forth, too nervous to start this conversation. Ah fuck it! I'm the Alpha, i'm better than this.

Just when I was about to knock, I found Lisa standing in front of me. "Uhm, hi", she said.

"H-hey" I was startled and panicked a bit, "Can we talk?"

"Sure, come in" Lisa invited me.

I stepped inside and noticed how much Lisa have settled in the penthouse. She's got her clothes folded nicely inside the walk in closet, her desk filled with office work I have asked her to do, and  sketch of a weapon prototype she's helping me develop. I sometimes forget that my girl had done her degree in engineering, and she's very knowledgeable.

I sat on the chair by her desk while she sat on the edge of her bed. "So what's up?", Lisa asked.

"I need your help. The coven is starting to worry about the measures we're taking to patrol our borders, they are scared" I explained to her.

"What are they scared of? Shouldn't they feel safe"

"This matter with the werewolves are confidential, we haven't told anyone about this. The coven is confused. I want to tell then what is going on, but I need you Lisa"

"Alright, well what do you want me to do?"

"I want to introduce you to the coven, finally let them know you are my Luna. Jisoo thinks it will be best for coven, they'll know that I have my mate and we are stronger now" I told Lisa. She looked confused. "It will be a week long tour of the province, we have four other alphas you have to meet and a grand ceremony by the end of it at the manor"

Lisa seems to take in and understand what I am talking about. It took her a few minutes to finally agree, which I'm glad she did. I wouldn't know what to say if she declined.

"I do have a condition though" Lisa suggested, I looked at her signalling her to continue what she is saying. "I want Chaeyoung to come with us. I need someone I know is real and human before I dig myself a deeper whole in all of this"

I agreed with her request. What I am asking her is too much, the simplest thing I can guarantee for her is her best friend.

"You have to know Lisa, the coven will expect us to be in love. I understand that you don't feel that for me but let us please try, just for one week"

"I am here with you Jennie. Let's do this" Lisa said and smiled at me. I don't think I'll ever get used to her smile, she's really beautiful

"Alright, well I will leave you to sleep. I'm sorry for bothering you. Jisoo will have everything ready for the tour" I stood up and made my way to my room.  That went well

The next day, I woke up with nothing in my mind but the tour we are about to start. I quickly got ready and made my way over to the kitchen where I saw Irene, Jisoo and Sehun arguing with each other. They didn't seem to notice my presence.

"Hey!" I yelled at them to get their attention.

"My apologies Alpha, we are just trying to figure out how to run this tour and how we would keep you and the Luna safe" Irene said.

"I suggested that tour start tomorrow, that way we have a full moon landing on the night of the ceremony" Sehun added.

"But the problem is that the wolves are also at their most powerful during that night, we can't risk the safety of our people" Jisoo argued.

Both of them have great points. Having the ceremony during the full moon will be significant, but I can't gamble the coven's safety. I paced back and forth in the kitchen trying to come up with a good solution. My thoughts were interrupted when I sensed Lisa come in.

"Good morning Luna", said Irene.

"Just Lisa please unnie and good morning everyone", Lisa greeted with a smile on her face. She turned to look at me and bid her good morning as well, "Jennie", is all she said. Lisa nodded and sat on her seat.

"What's happening here, are vampires always so grumpy in the mornings... it might be sun" Lisa mocked, I rolled my eyes at her joke.

"We are trying to figure out how to run the tour smoothly without getting into any conflict" I told her.

"Well, I'm here for the ride so just let me know and I will do it" she said. Okay attitude.

I turned to Jisoo and gave her instructions. I decided to move on with Sehun's idea. The coven needs to know that we are strong, ready for battle. The ceremony during a full moon will prove that.

"Irene, I want you to send letters to the other Alphas about our plan. I will have you in charge of the logistics" I told Irene and she nodded in response.

"Sehun, make sure that route between covens are clear and patrolled every day while we are on tour. I also want you to oversee the security for the event, activate our reserve force, I want the borders patrolled every hour."

"Yes, Alpha" Sehun acknowledged.

"And Jisoo, you will be Ms. Park's personal security for the event" I said. Jisoo does not look happy with the assignment.

"Jennie, why do I get the babysitting duty?! Sehun does not know how to run our army, let him look after the human!" she argued.

"And you are the only one who's familiar with Ms. Park, so you will stay by her side 24/7 during the tour, understand?"

"Yes, Alpha"

The three of them left the penthouse after our long discussion. I totally forgot that Lisa was just sitting there eating the breakfast that our chef made for her. I did not even ask her opinion about this matter. Great job Jennie.

"Earth to Jennie", I heard Lisa said. She might have noticed how I was deep in my thoughts and staring at her. "Are we headed to the office yet? Go get ready", Lisa asked.

"No, I am booked off from work starting today until the tour is done"

"You could've told me that last night, I could have slept in!" she said. Frustration was obvious on her face. Lisa sunk on her seat like a disappointed toddler. Adorable

"Get changed, we'll go on a date"

"A date?! Are you crazy? You haven't even asked me if I wanted to go on a date with you"

"Get changed or would you like me to do it for you?" I challenged her.

"You're so bossy" Lisa immediately got up and went to her room after my threat. I wasn't actually going to do that.... unless.
