Y/n pov
I waited for around 5 minutes until Yamato arrived next to me and indicated for him to follow me. We walked for a good 15 minutes until I stopped at a big field with a big pond near the Forrest.
"Do you train here often?" Yamato asked.
"Basically always" I said "I know my way around in this Forrest"
"Alright, what should we start with?" I said to myself, thinking.
"Ah I know" I turned to Yamato.
"What do you want me to do?" He asked.
"Can your shadow clones use the wood release?" I asked him.
"Uhm yeah" He said confused.
"Perfect, please make as many as you can and let them attack me with the wood release!"
Yamato made around thirty shadow clones and half of them immediately attacked me with huge branches.
I quickly made a protective shield behind and over me. Left and right of me were two shadow clones of mine, that blocked the branches from coming to me.
I activated my Sharingan (which still had a genjutsu over it) and concentrated on the branches in front of me that were coming directly towards me. I jumped and twisted everytime a branch would've hit me. That went on for a while until Yamato stopped me.
"That was good, how about you don't use any Jutsus now? Try to tackle me down with just Taijutsu while I use everything I can" Yamato instructed and I nodded.
"Can I do everything I want as long as I don't use any Jutsus?" I asked and Yamato approved.
"Alright, let's start!" Yamato yelled.
I breathed in deeply and tied my headband around my eyes. Funny fact, I am better in Taijutsu when when I can't see.
We fought for around half an hour until I had pinned him down. I pulled my headband off and heard clapping.
I looked around to see mum, dad, Naruto, Gaara, Kakashi, Gai and Lee.
"THAT WAS SUCH A YOUTHFUL FIGHT!" Gai and Lee exclaimed while crying.
They ran towards me to hug me but I used Kamui to just make them fall through me.
"Would you please accompany me back to my office?" Mum asked.
"Uh sure" I said and we walked back.
"Tell me, what rang are you?" Mum asked.
"Uhm I'm still a Genin" I told her.
"Oh? How that?" She asked surprised.
"Well when I was participating in the Chunin exams, Orochimaru attacked and killed Grandpa-Sama. I then went with Naru and Jiraya to find you and haven't been home since then"
"I see, well I'm deciding now that you'll be a Jonin from now on" She smiled.
"Really? Thanks!" I exclaimed and hugged her tight.
"You deserve it"
"I need to tell the others right now!" I exclaimed and jumped out of the office window.
I found Naruto, Gaara and Lee still at the training ground. I ran towards them full speed with a huge smile and Naruto knew directly what the tea was.
"Heyo, say hi to the new Jonin!" I exclaimed.
"MY YOUTHFUL RIVAL GOT JONIN BEFORE ME!" Lee yelled.
"No need to yell, Lee" I laughed.
"Well done" Gaara smiled.
I suddenly got an idea and told them that we'd see each other tomorrow. I then Kamuid to the village from my Akatsuki times.
"Oh my.. Y/n dear, is that you?" Miss Aurelia asked.
"Hello Miss Aurelia, it's been a while!" I smiled.
"It sure has, how have you been dear?" She asked.
"Oh I've been fine, how are you and Mr. Steffan?" I asked her.
"Oh we've been fine, come eat some dangos with me and tell me what happened" She offered.
We went in the Dango shop and ordered our usual. While waiting for the Dangos, I told Miss Aurelia about me being back in my village and my missions.
"...and now I'm a Jonin!" I finished.
"That's very nice to hear" Miss Aurelia said.
When we were done, I said goodbye and Kamuid to the hideout in hopes that they were still there. To my luck, they were.
I concealed my chakra and turned invisible. I walked to the living room to see Itachi, Kisame, Tobi and Zetsu. I quickly pushed out a lot of chakra and immediately concealed it again.
They jumped up and looked around. It was easy for me to tell that Tobi was faking being confused, he obviously knew I was here.
"Heyoo" I said and appeared.
"Y/N!" Tobi yelled and jumped to hug me.
I used Kamui and he fell through me. I then walked to the sofa opposite to the others and sat down.
"What's up" I smiled.
"What are you doing here?" Itachi asked.
"Visiting obviously, I'm a Jonin now by the way" I told them.
"Good job!" Tobi exclaimed.
"Where are Pein and Konan?" I asked.
"They're attacking Konoha" Zetsu said.
"I beg your pardon?"
"You heard me" He said.
"Bye" I said and Kamuid back to Konoha in time to block an attack towards Naruto.
