A kid with ram-like horns was in chains, by the looks of them, it seemed like they were just getting drunk.
The police crossed their arms, staring at the mirror in front of them, it was two-sided. Their face said it all, 'is this the guy?'
"Hello there..."
"Jschlatt."
"Right... Alright, 'Jschlatt' have you been involved in the drug crimes?" The police questioned, the said officer sat down. The kid had a blank expression.
"Yeah. I have." Schlatt spoke the truth but it somehow set off the officer's lie detector's quirk.
"So you aren't..?" the officer questioned. 'Did these bird brains bring a literal child here??' As the police officer looked away for a millisecond, the ram boy disappeared. He appeared behind the glass, where the two other people were writing down what the kid said.
"..." the officers looked at each other as if they watched a murder, which was similar. The kid they captured was wearing the NY hat witnesses had identified him by. And apparently, that certain design does not exist anywhere else, as if it just materialized into the world.
"Shit." one writer out loud, they dropped the clipboard. The kid, Schlatt, is a literal menace to society. They could not afford to let him just go like that. The alarm was pulled, everyone got ready, all were armed. Armed against something they could not even hit. The kid appeared, he phased through the wall, creating these crystal-like growths.
'Fucking idiots, I turned invisible for 5 minutes and they just left the damn door open.' Jschlatt spoke, he reached into his pocket, taking out a comically big cigar. Bullets came flying for him, they all phased through him like he wasn't even there.
"Suck my dick bitches." Jshlatt lifted his hand, he fucked them off. He came here to prove a point also to just vandalize a building. The crystal started to grow.
"HAVE FUN!" the kid spoke, disappearing among the crystal.
"THAT'S METH." the detective informed, everyone started to pour out of the building was everything started to become engulfed by the material.

When fazing through certain objects, concrete, and glass, there is a possibility that the material will grow crystal-like appendages, identified as meth. The other possibility is turning a certain object into pure coke.
