I was running around my room looking for an outfit, I heard my door open and I looked over seeing Nate "what the fuck do you want?" I asked annoyed "where the fuck are you going?" he asked, and I rolled my eyes. "I'm going to go comfort the girl you broke asshole," I said pushing him out of my room and locked my door. I put on my outfit and then got a text from Maddy saying she was here.

I walked out of the house and got into Maddy's car, I smiled at her as I put my seat belt on. I'm going to be honest, I've had the biggest crush on Maddy since her and my brother started dating, I know what you are going to say, I know it's fucked up, but Nate's a dick and Maddy is fucking perfect. "Hey, you look fucking amazing," she said, and I smiled, blushing softly "thank you, Maddy," I smiled and looked at her. She pulled out of the driveway and started her way to the mall, a dance at our school was coming up soon, so we wanted to go get dresses. We sang to random songs that played on the radio and giggled, "you know sometimes I think I picked the wrong Jacobs sibling," Maddy said, and I blushed, I knew she was joking, but I still thought it was nice "yeah, you did, Nate is a fucking asshole," I said, and she giggled "you can say that again," while parking close to the mall entrance.
We walked in, and she pulled me into the dress store, I knew I was going to have fun mainly because I get to spend time with Maddy, but also because I still had my dad's card and could get whatever dress I wanted. I looked a couple of dresses before picking out one, I tried it on and Maddy said I looked amazing, so I decided to buy it.

We walked to the food court talking about something random, we decided to get smoothies and sat at a table talking. I don't know why, but I felt this random burst of confidence "hey, Mads?" I said, and she looked at me "yes?" she asked putting her phone down on the table. I took a deep breath "I like you, more than a friend, and I know it's wrong because you are my brother's ex, bu-" I was cut off by her kissing me. Maddy smiled when she pulled back, and I smiled "I like you too Y/N and I couldn't care less about your brother," she giggled and put her hand on my cheek. "I should have known it was you, it's always been you, and that sounds hella cheesy, but I don't care," she said and kissed me again softly. "So does this mean you will be my girlfriend?" I asked, and she smiled even bigger if that was even possible "yes, of course," she said, and I kissed her softly.
When Maddy dropped me off I walked into my house with the biggest smile on my face, I walked up to my room and saw that Maddy posted a picture on Instagram. It was a picture we took at the mall.
