Scripting is writing details/information about the reality you are shifting to. Scripting is completely optional!!
Personally, i've always been an imaginative person and I'm good at imagining things BUT i have this obsession with scripting or just writing about 'characters'.
I have a strong belief that scripting can help a lot of people, I personally don't think I wouldn't do it, I feel it really helps with these details about this desired reality of yours. It's also really good for those who aren't the best at imagining, it helps you come up with a better concept and you can use any sources/sites that you want.
Scripting can be done on a device or on paper. I've seen amazing scripts done in journals, which made their own little books based off that reality. Laptops work really well with using powerpoint, google slides, doc, etc. Phones are also really simple and can be easier for some. I make most of my scripts on my phone, i find it easier to navigate.
